Seruni Hotel Gunung Pangrango

Overall, everything is okay and pleasant. I have stayed at the Hobbit before. I only have a little input for Seruni Pangrango to provide an elevator, because it is very tiring for mothers and the elderly to reach the hotel room which has quite a lot of stairs.

For the restaurant, the food has no taste, and for the advice, the children on the 7th floor don't have to pay for breakfast.

The view is really nice, but unfortunately the breakfast lacks variety and taste. Hopefully in the future it will be more varied and delicious.

There are lots of rides, and the space is spacious, making it easy for kids to interact directly with the animals. However, when I first arrived, there were cigarette butts in the restroom. I was really shocked. But otherwise, it was okay.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel; one night wasn't enough. The hotel is huge, a complex of five Seruni hotels with different themes, including Hobbit, Egypt, Bali, and more. There are even five swimming pools, one of which is a beach pool, where you can swim and play in the sand. It's recommended to get a room with a view. This hotel isn't suitable for seniors because of the many stairs involved. But it's perfect for families with small children; you don't need to go anywhere else; just stay at the hotel. There's plenty of entertainment for the kids, including animal feeding, a swimming pool, a playground, and even a show at night. The breakfast is quite comprehensive. I was initially hesitant to book this hotel because it was rumored to be scary, but in my opinion, it's not scary at all. Thank God, it's safe and comfortable. Maybe because the Seruni Hotel Hobbit is themed in a cave, the hallways are a bit dark. But so far, it's safe.

Suitable for children's holidays because of facilities such as swimming pools, mini zoos and easy access.

It's been several times to Seruni Hotel, First tried Gedung Gn Salak then Gb Gede. Now trying the one at Gn Pangrango, you can get a mountain view spot on the balcony but it's accessed via stairs then disconnect the switch room with the one below, it happened to be empty and allowed to switch because there are kids who like to run around so looking for a safe and child-friendly room to be safe. So far so good even though the room is bigger and has complete facilities at Gd Salak (worth it because the price is different) oh yes, the terrace yard is beautiful because there are lots of trees so there are often caterpillars. But again what makes me feel at home and want to come back to Seruni is because of the easy access, large building, spacious parking, and of course complete entertainment facilities and very child-friendly. That's why it's very suitable for those who bring a large family here. Thank you to all the hotel staff who are alert and responsive.

Unfortunately the room doesn't have AC, and even though it's the rainy season and in a mountainous area, it's still hot at night and as a result we sleep with the balcony door open until morning.

Next I want to try Seruni 3 and will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very cold without air conditioning, the air is still clean, the environment is clean, the children's play area is complete, there is a shuttle bus to get around... The downside is that it is not elderly-friendly, because you have to go up and down stairs to get around, and the breakfast food is not very varied.

The children were very happy on holiday at Seruni....

Virtually, the hotel is clean and the crowd is okay... only the food menu is still very standard like a 2-star hotel, they should have upgraded the food and snack menu... more varied...

Coincidentally, there was a Balinese dance performance while I was staying, and it was amazing. The hotel staff was also incredibly friendly. It's become my go-to hotel when I stay in Puncak.

Always a regular, when I go to Puncak I definitely stay at Seruni because the kids love it and there's a place to play for everything.

The hotel's ambiance is excellent. The hotel is very spacious, comfortable, and the facilities are very complete, perfect for a staycation. The standard room I stayed in was fine and quite spacious. The bathroom was also spacious, complete with a bathtub and shower area. As for the food, I think (sorry) the taste was lacking, hopefully it can be improved. The hotel staff was friendly and very responsive with their service. They implemented the 3S (Smile, Greet, Say Hello) and greeted each staff member. The staff were excellent. I think the access road was still lacking, as it was very dark at night. I went overboard a few times on my way back to the hotel, but during the day it was safe. Next time I go to Bogor, I will definitely stay there again.

Overall, my experience was quite impressive. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location is truly charming, perched high above the mountains, providing the cool, tranquil atmosphere I was looking for. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the complete room amenities. I was delighted to find a comfortable bathtub, plus a comprehensive range of amenities, including shampoo, soap, toothpaste, conditioner, and clean towels. The hotel also felt very spacious, giving it a spacious yet airy feel. Even though there's no air conditioning, the air remains cool and refreshing, typical of the mountains. The water heater also worked well, so I didn't have to worry about cold water while showering. In terms of family facilities, the hotel is very kid-friendly. There are plenty of areas for children to enjoy, ensuring they enjoyed their stay. However, there were a few things that made my stay a little less enjoyable. The Rp 120,000 policy for children over 5 felt quite expensive, especially considering children tend to eat a little. As for breakfast, it was honestly mediocre and the menu wasn't extensive, which was a shame. I was also quite disappointed with the mountain view room I booked. In reality, there was no mountain view at all, as it was obstructed by other buildings and dense trees. Furthermore, I found a large number of ants in the room, which was quite annoying. Despite these shortcomings, this hotel offers a pleasant stay, especially for families seeking a mountain atmosphere with child-friendly amenities. Hopefully, these small comments can be used as input for future improvements.

A pleasant and engaging holiday experience, even though it was my second time here. The hotel's facilities are so complete that I didn't need to go anywhere else. The mountain views are stunning, the breakfast is varied and delicious, there are many swimming pools to choose from, there's a mini zoo and paid children's play area, a fitness room, and more. There are also cultural performances during long weekends.
