When needed fast date to help

When I first arrived, I was not comfortable with the receptionist service when I asked if there was an airport shuttle service, sis? With the answer that there is a shuttle service but there is no pick-up service, while the app says there is one and I was told to see the schedule myself without being told 🤧 but the room facilities, restaurant, swimming pool are very good and when I went home, another receptionist was very friendly. I was asked about my complaints and comfort during my stay and the security guard was also friendly. I just assumed that when I checked in it didn't happen lol

Like the interior of the room which provides a comfortable feeling for rest. The breakfast variety is quite good. The airport is quite close and there is a hotel car that can take you to the airport. The distance to the city center is quite far. Suggestion. When checking in, make sure the room is ready quickly and accurately. Don't make guests wait too long. I was a little disappointed when checking in at 3 pm. It turned out that when I entered the room, there was still another guest's suitcase and that was another guest's room. Please be more careful. Thank you.

Disappointing facilities, refrigerator not working

First time staying at Prime Park. Choose Prime Park because it is the best hotel among the hotels close to my sister's graduation venue. Booked 2 rooms, but for a big family, it's a shame that Prime Park doesn't provide rooms with connecting doors. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, including the service at breakfast. The room is not too big but enough for two people, the room and toilet are clean, there is a television and a water heater. The choice of coffee and tea is also quite good. The location is not too central but close to the main road and the airport, there is also an airport shuttle bus. The breakfast is delicious, there are typical Riau foods!! There are various foods and drinks available, but unfortunately espresso is not included in the breakfast package!! Overlahh 5/5 would like to stay again!!
