Overall, the service was good and, by 4-star standards, it was appropriate. However, on my first day of stay, I found the soundproofing, especially in the room next to the elevator, quite disappointing. The WiFi connection was intermittent on the first night. However, after moving rooms on the second day, the experience improved, both in terms of service and cleanliness. The noise issues have been resolved, especially with the WiFi connection being reconnected.
