The only drawback is the cramped parking area on bends and uphill slopes. The walls are heavily scratched, meaning many cars are accidentally bumped into each other due to the narrow curve. A suggestion: prohibit parking near these slopes to increase maneuverability, as you'll have to move forward slightly, then back up, and straighten out to get uphill.

The distance to the city is close, also close to the mall.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were also lenient. I arrived at 1:00 PM, and they allowed me to check in.

The hotel's location is excellent, incredibly strategic. However, the cleanliness and comfort are lacking. The bedcover and sheets were dirty. The room was also incredibly noisy and not soundproof. Conversations from the next room could be clearly heard, and the sound of people opening and closing doors was so loud it startled me. The bathroom was also full of water stains. It's a shame, considering the location is great.

The staff was friendly and responsive. They also asked if there were any issues at check-out. Overall, everything was fine.

During my stay at this hotel, the staff was friendly, and the room was quite spacious. I took a deluxe room and it was big enough for 4 people. The cleanliness was also quite good, but it would be better if the cleaning staff always checked the soap in the toilet before the room was used by guests. The toilet should also be freshened up (just a suggestion). The swimming pool has the most points, but unfortunately there is no cafe, so if you want to relax on the rooftop while having a snack, it's a bit difficult because you have to go up and down the elevator. Because everyone has to use an access card, it's a shame that each room only has 1 access card, especially if you come with a family. And for the food, it's also a shame, there aren't many variations. The taste is just okay, but the restaurant is good with a beautiful view of the city.

The staff is friendly, the room is spacious despite the low ceiling, the bed is large and comfortable, and it's close to the mall. Finding dinner is easy, with plenty of street vendors in front of the hotel. The pool has a great view, but the bathroom still smells of urine. The towels need to be replaced, they're very inadequate.

The room was nice and comfortable, but the annoying part was having to use a pass to get up and down. However, I was only given one pass card, and as a breastfeeding mother, I had to carry my expressed breast milk everywhere. Going back and forth between the rooms was quite a hassle because there was only one pass card.

The hotel is quite close to the city center.

Good hotel with good room and facilities. near with Queen City Mall, so for you who will be stay just for a staycation 1 night it's so recommended. you can swimming here, go out to the mall just with walking and there is a minimarket near the hotel. I left a few notes about room facilities that were not functioning properly. hopefully it will be resolved for next visitors. but all is good 👍🏻

For a 4-star hotel, the soundproofing is terrible. People chatted in the next room until dawn, their voices clearly audible, making it impossible to sleep. The sound of running water, the TV on, was all very clear. The sound of people in the hallway, the sound of people opening and closing doors was even more so. Early in the morning, someone cleaned the windows without warning, disrupting our rest and comfort. It was a shock because at 8 a.m., the windows were already being knocked on. The second day, we were still resting, and the room was knocked on again to be cleaned, and it was still 8:30 a.m. It was really annoying. The hotel lobby is poorly accessible. You have to climb stairs and there is no security guard. I arrived at 2 a.m. and had to carry my own suitcase and two other bags to the lobby. There was security but they were not helpful. There is no parking. We were told to enter the building but it took a long way around. We were offered valet parking, but there was no attendant, and it turned out we had to pay, and it wasn't included in the facilities. If parking is difficult to access, there should be an attendant on duty.

The rooms are very spacious, perfect for families. The hotel is close to the mall, making it easy to get around on foot.

The only thing that's lacking is the Wi-Fi.
