The closet in the room I occupy does not have a jet washer, so it is difficult to clean the closet area.

for the food is standard for the room is spacious according to its type but some of the pillows smell damp but after asking to be replaced they were immediately replaced

The service is slow, on the 2nd day, the room was cleaned but the towels were not available, and I called several times but there was no response... the service is really bad.

I have stayed here twice but this is the first time I have received poor service even though I have booked a room with a check-in time of 3. When I arrived the room was not ready and I still had to wait for more than half an hour. Even when we asked again, it turned out they forgot that we had been waiting for a long time. Hopefully an incident like this will not happen again because in addition to having to travel a long way, we have to wait again. Hopefully this will be input so that the service is better and improved.

The bathroom design is not suitable for families staying overnight, because it uses glass, the parking location is safe, in general it is quite good

Feeling disappointed, when I wanted to check in I was told to wait with the excuse that the room was still being prepared, whereas as far as I know every hotel checks in at 02.00, even though I arrived at 03.00, and was only able to check in at 04.30, even though I came all the way from Tenggarong and planned to rest right away when I arrived at the hotel, but instead I waited almost 1 and a half hours before I was able to check in, bringing a baby again, it turned out that the water heater didn't have cold water, it wasn't warm anymore but very hot, to the point where I had to collect the water first when I wanted to wash my face, hopefully this can be an evaluation material for the hotel in the future🙏

Got a connecting room, but the guest next door was really noisy, the soundproofing wasn't good so I couldn't sleep.
