This is our second time staying here, the checkout process was very fast, the staff were all friendly, and parking was free. For motorcyclists like us, the parking area is very friendly because it is covered so the vehicle doesn't get hot or wet. The breakfast is very varied, and the food is always delicious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The atmosphere was safe and comfortable.

Stayed with my wife and 6-year-old child. Breakfast was charged Rp 50,000 per day for children. No advance notice. I've stayed here before but wasn't charged.

The room's AC wasn't cooling at all. Calling room service to order food was inconvenient and wouldn't connect. This will be fixed in the future.

Strategic location, but the rooms aren't soundproof. While staying, we could hear the sound of children running from the upstairs room.

Overall everything is good, just a little thing to note: when checking in I requested a quiet room, on the last night the next room was filled with the sound of young people singing in the middle of the night, but the quick response of security was immediately alert. H-1 before check out I had ordered take away breakfast at 04.45 AM, the day at 04.50 I called the front desk whether it was ready?, "will check" the response. At 05.03 I went down to ask again whether it was ready?, unfortunately there was still no one at the front desk and was just about to ask the kitchen. because I was pressed for time I finally left, please be more attention about how important is time for guests. Thank you!!

The staff is friendly, the pool is nice, and the facilities are great. You can find anything you want to eat nearby if you're hungry in the middle of the night.

I stay here often. The location and rooms are great. The Wi-Fi isn't very fast. The plus point is that you can watch Netflix in your room, available on the in-room TV, and you have a subscription.

I've booked two rooms, one with a large king bed and one with a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room and the other with a double bed. I'm very disappointed. Don't give what a customer has ordered to other customers.
