The hotel staff was quite friendly... The only problem was that upon check-in, I was given a smoking room (although I hadn't requested a smoking or non-smoking room). My family and I were a bit uncomfortable with the room conditions because we had children with us. The front desk provided a solution and we were given a non-smoking room, which was nice...

Sorry, my second experience here, but I got less than pleasant service. I just arrived, there were no towels. I asked the front desk, but they didn't deliver them. I had to call 3 times, and it took more than an hour to deliver them. Breakfast for children wasn't included, even though it was possible on my first visit. The key lock was broken, the interior was damaged, and the bed was sandy.

I have stayed here twice but this is the first time I have received poor service even though I have booked a room with a check-in time of 3. When I arrived the room was not ready and I still had to wait for more than half an hour. Even when we asked again, it turned out they forgot that we had been waiting for a long time. Hopefully an incident like this will not happen again because in addition to having to travel a long way, we have to wait again. Hopefully this will be input so that the service is better and improved.
