Service check in & check out is very slow. Shared toilets do not provide soap, and doors cannot be locked. Smoking room. Price per night is RM 78 + "rm15 for use in the application." recommend another budget hotel.

When I do booking on app...I don’t know why the h** I need to pay "utilities fee" of rm20 per night!!! Just a waste of money! This is the second time!!!

This is the first time I tried the new hotel known as Natol Travelers & Business Inn in Kuching when I see the hotel offers a basket of freebies like : low room rate with breakfast, whole day karaoke, guitar play and free gifts. I found the location is so convenient to the education hub of Kota Samarahan, Samajaya industrial Park, KPJ Medical Specialist Center, Tabuan Jaya Township etc. I like the karaoke stage concept which offers guests to sing any time of the day. But suggest you shall get a professional singer to sing when the nights fall. Sell the most expensive fish of Empurau for the convenience of foreigners to have a chance to taste it. Room wise, I found it's cosy and value for money. The provided safety box and satellite TV, powerful rain shower are added advantage for me to feel secure. I like the sofa and the conference room provided but suggest you will give free A4 papers at least one rim for writing each time. Same goes to your car rental offers, please give us well below market price for a frequent user. Your virtual office services is helpful to our business activities or movements and costs savings but shall be glad if more staff is to added in your office.
