This is my second time staying here. I highly recommend it for those who want to go to Palembang. You don't need to worry about finding food. You can order at the restaurant and it's that delicious. Or you can walk a bit because it's close to PTC Mall.

Since the renovation, the service has been very slow. Asking for a broken kettle to be replaced had to call 4 times before it was delivered. Asking for a chair because there should be one in the room but there wasn't. The chair wasn't delivered either until checkout until I was tired of asking the staff and they said to wait a minute and then until the end of the world it wouldn't be delivered either.

The hotel staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the breakfast could be more comprehensive.
