The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The hotel's location is close to the Imbi monorail station, making it easy to get around. The area around the hotel is also busy. The downside is that the breakfast wasn't very tasty and there wasn't much variety.

The concierge is exceptionally nice, kind, and helpful.

Recommended, strategic location, close to everything, there is TRX mall, pavilion, Sungai Wong... just a bit congested on the road

Best location near Monorail Imbi.

The hotel, although old, is comfortable. It's very close to the MRT station. The only downside was that there were no rooms available at check-in because they were full that day, even though I'd requested a double bed. I had to wait an hour before I could check into a double-bed room.

Comfortable hotel located in front of a mall so it's easy to get basic necessities. It is also near an LRT station so it is easy to navigate to places. The staff are helpful and friendly.

As usual, Melia always gives great service. Spacious room with a big bed, accommodates 2 adults with 2 kids. Tried their in-room dining and it was delicious with a big portion. The swimming pool is very clean. All is perfect.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. I especially loved how comfortable and seamless everything felt during my stay—it truly made my trip even more memorable. As a small note for improvement, I occasionally experienced some noise in the room, which might be due to soundproofing. Enhancing this aspect would make the overall experience even more exceptional, especially for guests seeking a perfectly quiet rest. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Main road near Imbi station and across Berjaya Times Square. Spacious room and very comfy.

The room is spacious, the location was great, right in front of Imbi Station, walking distance from Bukit Bintang area, in between food stalls and plaza. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is ok too. But the carpet in the room corridor is a bit dusty. The check-in and checkout process was nice and smooth. All team members are very welcoming as well. Overall, it is a good experience.
