Last November, first time staying at Melia Kuala Lumpur Imbi for 4 nights. The location is very strategic. The hotel is located opposite Berjaya Times Square; it's only about 8 minutes' walk to Pavilion. The room was very nice and clean, with a nice view from my room. Special thanks to duty FO Supervisor Mr. Shan for upgrading my room to the best view and providing a special bed for my kid. I highly recommend this Melia Hotel and will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Melia Kuala Lumpur. The room was very spacious, incredibly clean, and beautifully designed, I really loved the interior. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Khanh, who was very helpful during my check-in and made the experience even better. The location is also excellent, convenient, central, and perfect for getting around. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur! Meliá KL exceeded my expectations—perfect location right across from Berjaya Times Square and just steps away from Bukit Bintang and Imbi Monorail Station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great city view. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast had a wide selection of local and international dishes, all delicious. Truly a great choice for both leisure and business travelers—I’ll definitely stay here again!

The room is spacious, the location was great, right in front of Imbi Station, walking distance from Bukit Bintang area, in between food stalls and plaza. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is ok too. But the carpet in the room corridor is a bit dusty. The check-in and checkout process was nice and smooth. All team members are very welcoming as well. Overall, it is a good experience. Thank you Melia for the nice experience.

We had a wonderful family stay at Meliá Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations. There was no bellboy. We had to carry our own luggage. Maybe it was because of the end-of-year holidays? What was quite disturbing was the fishy smell from the floor on the last day of our stay. We arrived late at night and couldn't call the cleaning service. The next day, when we checked out, we complained to the receptionist. There was no apology. The answer was, "Do you know the cleaning service?"

Stayed during a weekend and loud music was blasted in the area, definitely not for the rest seekers. Breakfast was great!

The room is clean and comfortable, close to the shopping center. The monorail is directly in front of the hotel. The pavilion is not far. KLCC Park is only a 5-minute Grab ride away. There are many viral TikTok spots near the hotel that can be reached on foot.

Stayed here recently and was very impressed with the service. Ms. Khanh at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and professional. She processed my check-in quickly and kindly upgraded my room at no additional charge. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience much better. Thank you, Ms. Khanh, for the wonderful service! I will definitely choose this hotel again when I have the opportunity to return.
