As usual, Melia always gives great service. Spacious room with a big bed, accommodates 2 adults with 2 kids. Tried their in-room dining and it was delicious with a big portion. The swimming pool is very clean. All is perfect.

Last November, first time staying at Melia Kuala Lumpur Imbi for 4 nights. The location is very strategic. The hotel is located opposite Berjaya Times Square; it's only about 8 minutes' walk to Pavilion. The room was very nice and clean, with a nice view from my room. Special thanks to duty FO Supervisor Mr. Shan for upgrading my room to the best view and providing a special bed for my kid. I highly recommend this Melia Hotel and will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Melia Kuala Lumpur. The room was very spacious, incredibly clean, and beautifully designed, I really loved the interior. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Khanh, who was very helpful during my check-in and made the experience even better. The location is also excellent, convenient, central, and perfect for getting around. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur! Meliá KL exceeded my expectations—perfect location right across from Berjaya Times Square and just steps away from Bukit Bintang and Imbi Monorail Station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great city view. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast had a wide selection of local and international dishes, all delicious. Truly a great choice for both leisure and business travelers—I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel, although old, is comfortable. It's very close to the MRT station. The only downside was that there were no rooms available at check-in because they were full that day, even though I'd requested a double bed. I had to wait an hour before I could check into a double-bed room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Meliá. Everything about my experience was excellent—from the warm and professional service to the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that I had everything I needed. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. I especially loved how comfortable and seamless everything felt during my stay—it truly made my trip even more memorable. As a small note for improvement, I occasionally experienced some noise in the room, which might be due to soundproofing. Enhancing this aspect would make the overall experience even more exceptional, especially for guests seeking a perfectly quiet rest. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The room is spacious, the location was great, right in front of Imbi Station, walking distance from Bukit Bintang area, in between food stalls and plaza. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is ok too. But the carpet in the room corridor is a bit dusty. The check-in and checkout process was nice and smooth. All team members are very welcoming as well. Overall, it is a good experience. Thank you Melia for the nice experience.
