Great stay here. Loved the little ectras in the room a d fhe staff were really friendly. Good size room, good view from our room of the loch through the buildings and big bed. Free tea and coffee in the lobby was a great addition. Only thing i could comment on that wasnt so positive was the shower. Its in major need of an upgrade as the head of it was leaking and the space was just small and awkward. Small issue tho for an otherwise great stay.

This was a really lovely property, done up to a high standard and very comfortable!

Beautiful hotel, location was central. Upon arrival the staff that greeted us were really friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and modern. We didnt eat at the hotel but did see the breakfast being served and it looked lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Garrison. Spacious room, friendly staff and had a good nights sleep.

Plenty parking spaces . Near train n bus station . Hotel very clean staff and breakfast were amazing .

We stayed in a suite, it was a very good size, the bed was comfortable, nice TV and very good small kitchen. The emergency exit light in the bedroom was very bright. The water pressure and the heating in the shower was below average. We stayed for 2 days, the cleaning staff tidied up the bedroom and bathroom, but failed to attend to the kitchen sink/dishes. We did not do the breakfast but I believe its available.

The perfect hotel for our one night stop, service was quick and friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable!

Great service, upmarket feel at great price. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Great location. Nice touches with freebies in room and premium feeling rooms and bathrooms. Only negative was very firm beds. Regardless would be first choice of hotel in fort William.

We really loved all the treats left by the staff. The decor was beautiful. The breakfast for £10 in the morning was such a great deal. Staff was friendly and welcoming and even allowed late check out upon request

Service was amazing, really helpful, polite and welcoming, let us check in a few hours early due to early arrival in Fort William. Really clean apartment and just an all round great place. Will definitely visit again

Place was nice but sounded like upstairs was coming through to join us in the apartments 1st night was constantly banging and thumping like someone running about constantly then 2nd night wasnt so bad with new guest but still very loud when they where walking about. They offered pizza room service called up to get this and was told it wasnt in place till end of January also said we would get free breakfast online but wasnt informed about this on our stay so thought that must run end of January too. Apart from that nice place just needs more sound proofing so you can relax without upstairs thumping around.

Really cozy and clean room , amazing location, as a female traveling alone i felt very safe... awesome breakfast, Really nice staff... The only thing I wish is for the shower be a little hotter.. I will definitely be back...

Stayed in one of their apartments with a family of four plus two dogs. Check in was simple at the main hotel reception. The apartments are located a short drive away from the main hotel and overlook the town, but easy to find and access. The apartments all have free off road parking in a small well kept car park next to the apartment entrance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for any length stay. Easily enough space for a family with two children and two dogs. Kitchen has an oven, hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, and all the utensils needed to cook and eat. Overall an excellent sized property situated in the centre of Fort William and walking distance from shops and bars.

We loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. It was an easy walk to town and parking was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice room although a little small so not much space to put your bags. The shower was very good but dark when you closed the shower curtain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice touch to have coffee/tea available in the bar. Really nice that they use local products from Highland soap. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again.
