The staff are friendly, the hotel is located close to Tunjungan Plaza, very close to places to find food outside the hotel, basically, you won't regret staying at this hotel, I'm sure that in the future, if you come to Surabaya, you will definitely stay at this hotel... Thank you 😍🙏🙏

Last week my family and I stayed at the Bekizar Hotel Surabaya..it's very close to Tunjungan Plaza..just cross the street..the problem was that at night the room next to us was very noisy..the sound came into our room..until dawn..I hope that visitors can be more respectful of other visitors who are resting..

Right in front of Tunjungan Plaza, behind it there are lots of snacks and a park. Next to it is McDonald's and Recheese. The staff are friendly. Check-in is allowed before 2 pm because I'm bringing small children.

For its low price, the hotel was generally satisfactory. However, the room cleanliness was very poor: the sheets were dirty, the floor was filthy, and the bathroom trash bin hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. The breakfast was lacking in variety, and the staff wasn't prompt in refilling empty condiments on the buffet.

the bedroom is not soundproof, and the AC is loud (might need maintenance). their standard room is quite spacious, i can do the prayers. bathroom amenities are complete, but no hairdryer. breakfast are good but the rice are dry and bubur kacang hijau is still hard. but overall, i enjoyed my stay because their friendly staff.
