It was a pleasant experience staying here, the staff were kind and friendly, the environment was beautiful, clean, access to the beach, the rooms were comfortable, the facilities were good, only the TV wasn't a smart TV so it couldn't access OTT or YouTube channels, otherwise it was very good.

Highly recommended if you’re planning on bringing your family to Bali (Nusa Dua). The location is far from Bali’s busy area - perfect if you want to have a relaxing and chill vacation. The pools are incredible and Nusa Dua beach is right behind the hotel.

First booking confirmation from app, breakfast was not stated so status of booking is room without breakfast. I always booked with breakfast so I thought I made a mistake. After difficulties finding e-mail confirmation, it was stated with breakfast. Please improve communication between app and Conrad Hotel so customer is not a victim of your miscommunication.

The service is very satisfying, the staff are friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, the facilities are excellent, my children really enjoy the kida club, the breakfast is delicious. If you go to Bali again, you want to return to this hotel.

I had the most pleasant stay here, the staff are all friendly, resourceful and the service are superb. Would definitely come back for another trip.

The only drawback is that the toilet near the dirty breakfast restaurant is disgusting. The toilet at the very end has poo and doesn't flush. And all the tissues are gone.
