The Conrad is a gem of a resort - we had the most amazing time and everyone was so beautiful. Notifying the staff ahead of time with dietary restrictions/allergies meant that they were able to cater for me with no issues at all. Pool was fantastic and super easy transport to and from the airport. The only grumble from me was the wedding festivities going on directly outside of our ground floor room - which was totally fine - to a point. We didn’t appreciate the thumping bass music vibrating our windows until 1am or so… it’s not a big deal but you really should consider other paying guests that are there to rest and relax (especially ones with young children). Apart from that, highly recommend Conrad and we will be back for sure!

Everything about The Conrad was amazing especially the pools they are next level, also the staff they are all the most friendly and helpful people and really make your stay memorable.

The rooms were cleaned sometimes twice a day the food was great and lagoons were better than the pool.

Check in delayed by over one hr, room wasn’t ready. Shower door bangs shut, needs rubber to soften. No welcome tour or explanation on check in. No family activities at hotel. Other than pool, not very family friendly

Hands down one of the best stays I've ever had. The staff was very attentive and made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable the entire time I was there. They even celebrated my birthday with a delicious treat and a complimentary photo shoot. And the breakfast was everything the reviews say: delicious, fresh fruit, the breads, butter and jam are swoon-worthy.

The Conrad is a beautiful resort at every turn. The breakfast variety offered traditional and western options. The views from my pool view room were stunning. The room was extremely spacious and cozy.
