お部屋のスタンドの上のホコリが気になった。 スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切で良かったです。

The check in process was stressful. The person at desk told me my room wouldn’t be ready on time for my check in. I asked when and he didn’t have an answer and sent someone else with same answers. I asked if I could get refund and he said there would be a charge for cancellation. I felt unsure if I would have a place to stay. Not a great feeling. This place would not be my first choice next time especially for the price of my ocean front suite. Nice resort once you get past that

Perfect stay. Great suite room. Plenty of room for our family of four. Fantastic food on site. All staff were amazing and awesome service.

During our stay we extensively used the Resort facilities. ie restaurants, gym, pools, lounges, games. All were top quality and very well maintained. The staff were competent and attentive. Always helpful. This is a 5 star resort and certainly deserved.

I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. That was amazing and something they don’t really need to fulfill my crazy request. But they did it and we appreciate it. What an unforgettable trip for our family

This place is a dream, many activities, staff very kind and the common areas so clean. Will definitely return back to this place for holiday.

We had a pool view room it was phenomenal, absolutely stunning place, nice and friendly staff I would highly recommend it.

I've travelled extensively and stayed in many, many hotels and I would rank the Conrad in my top 3. Exceptional staff and service - nothing was an issue. The grounds and room were well presented, clean and spacious. The onsite dining had excellent variety. The kids club had a great daily activity schedule with a shallow pool with small sand bank for making sand castles. I would definitely rebook here!

Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort with amazing staff who go out of their way to look after their guests. My room was luxurious and beautifully appointed with special touches like pillow scent (guest selects) added to pillows every day. During my stay I had dinner in Suku and Eight Degrees South. The quality of the food was excellent with good choice and reasonably priced compared to Ireland rates. The staff in both restaurants are wonderful - so friendly and attentive. Breakfast in Suku is also outstanding. The manageress was so kind and reserved me my favourite table every morning for breakfast. A special mention goes to Chef Ngurah Manik who on learning that it was my birthday at breakfast time informed several staff who sang Happy Birthday to me and Chef Manik presented me with cake. What a lovely surprise. When I returned to my room later in the day my bed was decorated with petals and a towel was shaped into a birthday cake. I was made to feel very special and as a solo traveller away from home and family and friends on her birthday it meant so much to me. The pool area is amazing. There is no problem getting a sunlounger and they are well spaced out. Thank you to all staff at Conrad Bali. You are what makes this hotel as wonderful as it is.

großartiger service, hilfsbereitschaft und freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter sind nicht zu topen! die gesamte anlage ist 1a gepflegt, der garten in einem so schön gestaltetem und perfekten zustand das man staunen muss das resort ist groß und weitläufig, dennoch hat man hier überall absolute ruhe und entspannung unser zimmer (deluxe poolview) war rießig, super ausgestattetbund hatte eine tolle lounge am balkon auf der man zb auch bei regen super entspannen kann 2 dinge haben uns nicht so gut gefallen: * sonnenschirme: viel zu wenige sonnenschirme, ein großteil der liegen ist nicht mit einem schirm ausgestattet und auch auf nachfrage ist keiner erhältlich. man muss hier also wirklich früh dran sein * hauptrestaurant: für unseren geschmack beim frühstück zu groß, zu sehr klimatisiert und vorallem ein sehr hoher geräuschpegel. die plätze im freien (sehr begrenzt verfügbar) sind top;es gibt zwar ein 2. kleineres frühstückslokal aber auch das ist nicht so toll gelöst bzw das buffet doch deutlich kleiner alte

An amazing stay with absolutely flawless staff who we were pleased to leave everything to! A very well appointed resort that had every amenity we needed, with all round excellent standards - people are an organisation's greatest asset, and the Conrad is certainly blessed here - the exact feeling that radiates to guests. Sad to leave!

Fantastisk dejligt sted

結婚式の参加で来ました 素敵な結婚式でした！ ホテルの部屋は、少し気になるところがありました。

My guest travelled 25 hours to Bali and I specifically requested for a spa on the day of our arrival. I wrote to the reservation team twice and they assured me that I do not need to make a reservation and your team will help us upon checking in! And guess what? Your spa was FULLY BOOKED when we checked in and we were all SPEECHLESS!! Absolutely disappointing!

Perfect hotel with best people in the world

9月第一週に3泊利用しました。2食付のプランで、料理は文句無し。とても美味しかったです。3人で宿泊したにもかかわらず、グラスやカップのセットが2セットしかない。指摘し、持ってきてもらいましたが、翌日もまた2セットのみ。あと、冷房が効きすぎて28度設定にも関わらず室温は23度くらい。これ以上上げることができませんでした。ミニバーで缶ビール2本飲みましたがトータル3,000円程度。ミニバーは利用しないほうが良いです。

The staff of this hotels are amazing in special Miss Desy she was really helpful with all my activities and transportation. I really can tell you honestly she ia very Good doing her job . But honestly this people making me feel amazing overall. I really recommend this hotel
