We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!

The room was absolutely unliveable, it was extremely meldy. The hair dryer was completely molded. At first, I assumed that all the rooms were this way, so I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. However, in the morning when I went to the second room we rented, I realized that the problem was with my room only. When we brought us the issue with the hotel, the staff blamed us for not calling them at night to take care of the issue. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel. It is not my job to tell the hotel which rooms are okay which ones are not, it should be their job.

Staying here was awesome. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and tidy. The hotel's facilities were great and had everything you could need. The food at both restaurants was tasty, and the breakfast every day was top-notch. The pool was beautiful during the day, and it looked even more stunning at night with the lights on.

Conrad Bali is a beautiful beachfront resort with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort has beautiful gardens, great pools, and a relaxing environment. We loved our spacious room and especially our balcony, which was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the variety of dining options and the small shops and boutiques available within the resort area. The beach area was nice, but we had expected a more inviting and well-maintained beachfront. At times there was quite a lot of seaweed in the water, and the beach area could have felt a little more charming. However, we really appreciated the range of water sports and activities available. Overall, Conrad Bali is a great choice for a relaxing and comfortable stay, with beautiful surroundings and outstanding hospitality.

This hotel is really good to stay in with fantastic views but in terms of the restaurants that are there, I think it was a bit pricy in my opinion but other than that it is excellent it is worth going there.

A stunning location, overlooking the beach with direct access. Big, clean rooms and with plenty of amenities on site, but also in a great location if wanting to explore the town. Felt very safe and secure, and the free breakfast was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly staff, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left - reception team, concierge and bell boys, restaurant staff and the people working around the pool. Would definitely return.

Conrad is a really nice and family friendly hotel. We stayed in a suite (family of four) and got to enjoy the breakfast at a closer and smaller restaurant. It was of really good quality and the service (all around the hotel) was very good. The pools are massive and landscaping is beautiful. The gym is not too big but rather well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Special thanks to housekeeping staff for a job exceptionally well done!

Probably the most opulent hotel we have stayed in as a family. Everybody is super friendly. Booked a Twin Ocean View Room but upgraded to Ocean Front Suite after 2 nts as 1st room just wasn't big enough for 2A & 2C, even though sold as room for 4. It only had 2 beds, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 towel sets etc but can apparently accommodate extra 2C (small) sharing. In our case this didn't work. Negotiated extra 1.5M IDR/nt x 5 nts for upgrade & we still had to have 2 extra beds. Suite double the size of other room but still only sleeps 2 (King). The hotel was stunning.......like you were in a Balinese Spa everywhere you went with waterfalls and water features throughout the premises. Stunning sea view from the lobby balcony. Pool area is beautiful and never any problems getting a poolside bed for the day, even when we were a party of 7 after our NZ friends arrived. Step on to the rear footpath and there's easy access to the local (public) beach where you can indulge in watersports, the only downside being approached by several watersports sellers trying to talk you into jet ski's, giant floaties etc but you'll find the hard sell everywhere you go anyways so you get used to it. The food in the hotel is exceptional. Breakfast absolutely the best part of the day & breakfast in the main restaurant Azure (I think) better than the breakfast in the other restaurant Spice - same food but more options etc in the main restaurant. Superb holiday!

Beautiful resort, but not quite the value or service level we expected We stayed at Conrad Bali for the final part of our honeymoon. The hotel, grounds, pools, restaurants and overall setting are genuinely stunning, and visually it was one of the most impressive places we stayed in Bali/Lombok. Our standard room was comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and we particularly loved the quieter smaller pool. We had not expected quite so many families and children, but this did not significantly affect our stay. Breakfast had a good selection, and most of the food was very good. The Japanese and Indonesian restaurants were outstanding. However, the hotel was full, so restaurant bookings were needed, which made things feel less spontaneous. We were also disappointed with the seafood restaurant on our final night. The main downside was value and service. Conrad was significantly more expensive than elsewhere we stayed in Bali/Lombok. While the setting and facilities partly justify that, food and drink felt very expensive by Bali standards. Service was pleasant but often slow, impersonal and more arduous than expected for this level of hotel. Nusa Dua is convenient for an easy resort stay, but there is limited local atmosphere beyond resorts and Bali Collection. Overall, Conrad Bali is beautiful, but for us it did not offer the same warmth, value or personal service as other places we stayed. We enjoyed it, but probably would not return.

We checked in at 4.30 pm, when we were supposed to check in at 4. Our flight was late at night, but they only extended our check-out time by 1 hour until 1 pm.
