Breakfast was great. We did notbhave time for gym

We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!

The room was absolutely unliveable, it was extremely meldy. The hair dryer was completely molded. At first, I assumed that all the rooms were this way, so I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. However, in the morning when I went to the second room we rented, I realized that the problem was with my room only. When we brought us the issue with the hotel, the staff blamed us for not calling them at night to take care of the issue. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel. It is not my job to tell the hotel which rooms are okay which ones are not, it should be their job.

Staying here was awesome. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and tidy. The hotel's facilities were great and had everything you could need. The food at both restaurants was tasty, and the breakfast every day was top-notch. The pool was beautiful during the day, and it looked even more stunning at night with the lights on.

可能是農曆新年長假期， 早餐比較人多。還有酒店spa有㸃失望外，其他都符合為一間名牌酒店。酒店位置也算ok,如參加活動也會提供免費接送

From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty; completely taken care of. The hotel staff were so dedicated to making sure our every need was met, in particular our dedicated curator, Cicilia, who deserves a special shout-out for going out of her way to get to know us well enough that she could tailor our stay to our liking perfectly. What truly made this hotel stand out were the staff, however it was only enhanced by all the thoughtful little details like the delicious welcome drinks, getting to choose which pillow mist for the turndown service, or the ice cool glass of water that shows up when you've been roasting on a lounger by the pool! The grounds and gardens were lovely and well thought out, and the layout of the hotel was unique and interesting, with multiple scenic routes to get anywhere, perfect for our complementary photoshoot! The spa was enormous and utterly peaceful, lots of massages and treatments to choose from and free use of the sauna and yet another, quieter pool hidden from the masses! Breakfast was excellent - importantly, reliably good croissants and coffee every day and consistently high quality food and plenty of options. Something for everyone. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. We had an absolutely unforgettable stay and genuinely found it heartbreaking to leave.

Tiles in the swimming pool need urgent attention. Apart from that it’s a quality hotel with amazing views.

매우 만족스러운 2박이였습니다. 2박동안 호텔박을 나가지않아도 지루하지 않을만큼 훌륭합니다. 체크인부터 매우 만족스럽습니다. 체크인이 매우 빨랐음에도 기억하고 빠르게 방 배치를 했습니다. 모든 직원들은 친절했습니다. 우붓에서 비싼 개인 풀빌라에서 3박을 하고 왔는데 그이상의 서비스를 받은것 같습니다. 재 방문은 확실합니다.

Staff and site were perfect. Not too far from activities but far enough to truly relax. Definitely will be staying here again!

The room had a persistent damp smell throughout my stay. I requested a room change, but unfortunately this was not accommodated, and I had to remain in the same room for four days.

The Conrad is a beautiful hotel and its pools are amazing. Check in was disorganised and time consuming with many people waiting and our room not being ready at 4pm. The room itself is spacious, clean and well equipped but poorly decorated which made it feel quite bland. Breakfast was plentiful, the staff were attentive…big lines as lots of people stay here. The pools are huge and lots of them. I found nusa dua to be a bit boring, perfect for a couple of days relaxing but night life is non existent.

すごく良くてあまり言うことなし！一つだけスイートルームがフロントからかなり遠い。あれはカートで移動できないのは辛い。でもグラブを使えばスイートルーム側からタクシーは呼べる。だから外へ行くのは困らない。朝食のレベルは普通かな。

唯一の不満はトイレの排水口からだと思うが下水のような匂いがずっと出ていたこと。設備の問題であって掃除ができていないわけではないが4泊の滞在中ずっと不愉快でした。食事は（ノンアルカクテルを除いて)美味しいしスタッフさんのサービスは素晴らしい。朝食時間を少し早めてくれるともっと嬉しい。

Lovley for older family’s. Kids club isn’t good for young or older kids. My 7 year old refused to go back. Very nice kept hotel, almost immaculate. Food not overly exciting. No swim up bar. Kids club closes at 5pm.
