There is actually nothing special about this hotel other than being close to the adventist hospital. It is not worth the price which is quite expensive compared to hotels in the city center. The breakfast food is also ordinary, not many choices.

My check-in experience at your hotel was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. I arrived to find four people waiting, and I was second in line. We were then directed to another counter, but before I could be served, the person who was third in the original line jumped ahead of me. To make matters worse, after the first customer was done, the counter then served the fourth customer, completely skipping over me! I was the second person there and ended up waiting while people who arrived after me checked in. It was a chaotic and unacceptable start to my stay."

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, close to the hospital and plaza, recommended.

The Best Hotel to Stay. Especially for those looking for accommodation closest to Penang Adventist Hospital. Took 3 nights for medical purposes. Only 5 minutes walk to the Hospital which is located opposite the hotel location. When arriving at the hotel, it was still 12 noon (Usually most hotels in Malaysia allow guests to check in at 15:00), but at this hotel, we were already allowed to check in. The hotel atmosphere and rooms are good even though they seem a bit old. The hotel staff are friendly, very helpful especially during check in & check out. Breakfast is also varied, many choices with a fairly good taste. If you are still lacking or bored with the food, just look for it at Midland Park Center which is located next to the hotel. There are many choices of food such as KFC, Nasi Kandar and others, there is also a mini market. The bus stop is located right in front of the Hotel. Next time will definitely come back here if you have the same needs. Very Impressive.

We stayed in room 2415 for 2 nights and were always satisfied staying here with the friendly staff, Mr. Qamaruzzaman who was always ready to help.

We arrived before 3 o'clock. But because the room was ready, we were immediately let in. Thank God, so we didn't have to wait in the lobby.

Everything is good but the breakfast needs more variety and there's no meat because it's a vegetarian restaurant. So sad.
