The location is very close to Penang Adventist Hotel but the area around the hotel is a bit quiet, the staff are very friendly and polite except for one female staff member who I met during breakfast on my last day of stay, a bit shocked because I stayed there for 5 nights, all the staff were very good, the room is clean but not soundproof so even if the neighbor is taking a shower you can hear the sound of the water, the isle carpet smells a bit musty so when I got out of the elevator to the room I immediately smelled the aroma

As usual, booked tru this, I am with my wife, the hotel will give you double bed even you asked for special arrangements. We are not priority

There's a shuttle to the hospital. There are Thai, mamak, and Indonesian food stalls. Walk a little to the left and you'll find many shopping malls. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
