Always love this hotel.. Deluxe room 👍, always book a deluxe room if there is a discount promo, currently booking again for July, there is no promo.. so book a superior 😓 to Isec Dr mata close 🥰🙏

Have been staying for N times because of the location and accessibility.
You can just LRT/KTM to the hotel and MRT around (LRT linked to MRT at Pasar Seni).
It's so convenient if you don't want to drive and jam around in city.

Location was perfect - Cititel is connected to Mid Valley hence it was convenient for shopping and meals. Hotel is slightly dated but the rooms have been renovated and were clean and comfy.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the bedroom, bathroom is very compact and clean. Air conditioning is also good. The location is also very strategic. Next time we will stay there again.

The hotel sits in a mall and is in a great location to KLCC, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Bangsar, and other attractions. Will come back for more.
