The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was huge, and the kids loved swimming there. However, we didn't get to check in until 3:30 PM.

I expected a kids' room like the one pictured when I booked via the app, but I was given a regular room, even though there were very few guests, no other families with little kids. The towels were already black, and when I asked for replacements, they were still black, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. I chose a pool access room, but they didn't provide a mat from the pool to the room. I asked for an extra mat and had to pay, hmm... And the odd thing is that the pool access door can't be locked from the outside, so you have to exit through the main door and go around to the lobby to get to the pool, defeating the purpose of "pool access." The overall atmosphere is very old-fashioned, outdated; it might have felt good 15 years ago. The location is far from the city.

There was also a hotel where the lights went out from 3 am until noon, and the hotel staff didn't inform us that there was a power outage. We wanted to go down from the 5th floor and it was scary at 3 am, we were so hot we couldn't sleep. In the morning we went down to the lobby and were advised to move rooms.

A fun place for families

Early check-in, breakfast with many variations, large swimming pool but the water for the children's pool is a bit cloudy.

I chose Harris Resort because of its convenience to the shipyard location. The hotel is comfortable with all amenities.
