The hotel staff is very friendly to visitors, and if there is a delay in check-out time, they are not to blame.

The water pressure in the bathroom is not strong enough, the hot water is very good and never runs out no matter what time it is used.

On April 25, 2025 morning, the bathroom and toilet water was black and smelly. The information was due to pump repairs.

This is my umpteenth time staying at this hotel 👍. When I extended my hotel room, it turned out that the non-smoking hotel rooms were full, but they still tried to help so I didn't have to move rooms. Thank you, Mr. Hazlin 🙏🏻.
