I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for my family. My sister went swimming with my nephew. They said the pool attendant was curt and rude. Then my sister said, "He's nice to Chinese clients, so why is he a bit racist?" When my sister turned to him, he replied curtly. "Please, the manager should reprimand your staff. It's a shame if a good hotel is affected by poor human resources." I was a bit annoyed hearing my family's complaints, I feel sorry for them. Even 5-star hotels have good service. Please retrain the staff. Everything else is fine, only the pool staff is not very good.

Breakfast could be better. Maybe it needs more Western food, but thanks anyway.

Good location and food with room

The swimming pool is nice, the sauna room is functional, the fitness is clean and tidy, the hotel is very suitable for those of you who like sportainment.

The staff was quite friendly and very helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was quite nice with adequate lighting, and the Wi-Fi connection was good and not slow. The bathroom was also clean and free of insects.

The location is close to everything. It's also close to the mall.

The best!! Next time I'm in Medan, I'll definitely stay here again. All the facilities are absolutely top-notch. Super comfortable, super clean, and the rooms are soundproof, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Everything is good without exception

Just a suggestion for those who want to order, don't order the expensive ones, just the cheapest ones. I've ordered expensive ones around 700 but they don't match the ones in the photos. It's good to order the ones that are 400 thousand, don't waste money, the room is the same.

Even though I booked with breakfast, small children had to pay extra. This is different from other five-star hotels I've stayed at.

Been here twice... Highly recommended, clean, beautiful swimming pool, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, additional prices for the restaurant are appropriate, the menu is varied and delicious... Legendary Hotel with a very homey vibe... Will come back again and again.

Comfortable & nice hotel to stay

The staff was friendly, even the security, but what was quite regrettable was when I checked in. I arrived at 4 and when I arrived at the reception, my room was not ready, even though I deliberately arrived a little late so that if I arrived I could just go to the room without having to wait long. The staff said they were still double checking and I was told to wait and would be called later. I waited for about half an hour before I approached the officer from earlier. Then my key was given to me without any apology from him even though I waited quite a long time, but overall the service was good, the only minus was the receptionist.
