The hotel service is very friendly and good

The lobby and reception staff are friendly, but the pool staff is lacking. The rules are too complicated, and they are only friendly to certain ethnicities, while they are less so to indigenous people.

Very comfortable and soundproof, the location is strategic.

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean. The price is quite cheap. The breakfast is delicious. The wifi is a bit slow in my opinion.

The hotel staff is very friendly to visitors, and if there is a delay in check-out time, they are not to blame.

The water pressure in the bathroom is not strong enough, the hot water is very good and never runs out no matter what time it is used.

On April 25, 2025 morning, the bathroom and toilet water was black and smelly. The information was due to pump repairs.
