Overall, all the facilities and services are good. It just needs updating, like the towels and air conditioning. The location is strategic, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The price is still affordable. Hopefully, it will be even better in the future. 🙏

Good hotel, it's a cozy old hotel, but you must upgrade your old facilities. Good luck and hope it can be a better hotel in Medan.

The room has Wi-Fi, but there were no instructions whatsoever on how to access it. I had to go to the front desk to get the instructions. There were five electric sockets in the room, only three were working (one in the bathroom). Reported this to the front desk asking for an extension cable, no luck. I ended up buying an extension cable and sockets myself.
