The space was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry areas enhanced our stay. Communication was clear and timely from professional staff.

Walking distance to the train and the areas that you’d want to visit. Couldn’t figure out the AC so it was hot sleeping the second night. Everything else was great for the two nights we stayed.

Room was spacious and well equipped. It was located near the train station and very walkable to most spots and nice eateries. The free access to laundry was a big bonus for us. Would book again next time

The building was perfectly located without knowing both my tours had pick up sites right outside the door Being able to make coffee in the morning in my room was very nice and having a washer Shane and(free soap included) was an extra bonus

The property is located in the perfect location, as it is on the same street as the main train station and the start of the day trip bus tours. We liked the building and unit itself, and were especially appreciative of the washer/dryers available downstairs. Also, the bed and pillows were confortable.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, however rooms and common areas could be cleaned better.

The Room was not ready for 3 ôclock

Hotel is in a good location, about 10mins walk from the train station with Mirabell Palace a couple of minutes away. From there it's an easy walk down to the river and the old town with the Fortress and other sights. The hotel doesn't have a front desk but they message you the access code for your room when it's ready. There are staff on site however and all were very friendly. Room itself was very well appointed with kitchen area; microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. Very clean modern room with aircon and nice bathroom.

I was a bit wary about the lack of a physical check in. However contact with the virtual desk by WhatsApp and email was fine. Check-in details with door codes delivered on the day we arrived as was the Salzburg free travel pass. An easy 10 minute walk to the old town. Modern comfortable apartment.

Love the kitchen and self catering facilities even though it was small. Overall very well located and close to most attractions.

Very nice unit that is perfectly situated. Staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location was great. It was quiet, yet an easy walk to all the action. The code came in later than we expected, but once it arrived, we had no problems getting in and out of the property. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was updated, but lacked some functionality with three people sharing.

Spacious modern accommodation

The location is very close to train station and about 15 min walk from old town. The property amenities are minimal but for apartment type living they were fine. Price per night was high but maybe due to Festival. Recommend for 2 adults.

We had a fantastic stay here. Its location was superb. Near to everything we wanted to see and brilliant transport links. The apartment is beautifully laid out with everything you need. The only negative was the lack of communication in sending us our check in details. Once we arrived and called them they were helpful, but It would have been nice to have everything we needed to get into the property before arrival.

Amazing location to stay at. Just the right distance where walking to the main streets give you opportunity to walk by the Mirabell gardens which is breathtaking every time.
