Studio apartment assigned to me was not as shown on the profile picture. Humble suggestion, property needs to take photos of rooms offered so customers know what to expect. Also, air conditioning systems in foyer are greatly needed as the summer heat is intense and customers could do with a nice cool and soothing atmosphere when they step in the foyer heading up to their rooms. overall, my stay was great. Apartment was very self-contained, ample availability of power sockets was an added bonus. The property is very conveniently located as major places of interest are in walkable distances and there are endless choices or bars, restaurants, shops and ice cream joints. Salzburg airport is about 5 to 10 mins drive (awesome), the train station, Salzburg Hbf is about 10 mins walk from Master Mirabell. Finally, the remote team are amazing. They're prompt with responses to customer enquiries. I particularly loved the fact the hotel provides mobility tickets (which are free) for passengers who wish to travel by train from Salzburg to neighbouring towns/cities and within half an hour of providing info required for this to the team, my ticket was emailed and i was able to use it to visit the Burg Hohenwerfen the next day. I would definitely recommend Master Mirabell and would also stay there again on my next trip. The team are consistent with communication and very prompt in responding to enquiries. Really helpful and friendly bunch.

We would recommend this to friends and would stay here again. Aside from the good location, my kids slept on the sofa bed and said it's the most comfortable bed they've been on - and they've stayed in a lot of hotels.

The room was fantastic. The A/C worked extremely well, which was nice as there was a heat wave going on while we were in Salzburg. The location was also great - lots of cafes and restaurants, the Mirabell gardens and tour buses all within walking distance.

Nice location, only 10 to 15 mins walk to the center of Salzburg; clean and easy access to tours and transportation.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is inside the bedroom so for party of 4 people, it’s not the best set up. Other done that, everything is good!

Room was very compact. Not much space. The washer and dryer- only three pairs between two apt buildings. Only one dryer was working that also not properly. It took me whole night to get my cloths washed and dry but they were still wet after 5 hours in the dryer( had to change dryer- very busy due to too many people and too few working machines) . I am very disappointed since that was the main reason we chose to stay in apt !!

We loved the area. The comunication with the host was great. We didn’t like that the eletricity went down a few times. We had to get up at night to go to the bathroom in the dark. The second night the eletricity went down again but then we had figure out that it was a problem with the light switch in the living room that was turning off the eletricity to the other rooms. After that we figure out what to do. Very cute place. I would stay there again.

The location of this property was perfect for eating out, shopping, walking, sightseeing, and spending time experiencing local culture. Nice property with a convenient location - about a 10-min walk from train station and a few minutes from Mirabell gardens. We had a studio and a one bedroom apartment, which were perfect for our needs. Rooms were clean & had everything we needed. One minor complaint was the early bag drop off - they provide lockers (which was nice) - but didn't provide temp code to get in building, so we had to call from the noisy street with our bags (never fun) - but was easily resolved. A/C was a nice plus but wasn't very cold - not a problem for us in late May but maybe not in warmer months. I'd recommend and return!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property location is excellent, within 10 minutes to old town in one direction and the train station in the other. Nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away.
Communication with management is via WhatsApp in a timely manner.
The suite's kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The whole suite is well laid out and very clean.

We absolutely loved everything about Master Mirabell. It is perfectly located to walk from the train station as well to the Old Town. It is less than 2 blocks from where many tours gather across from Mirabell Gardens. We appreciated the amenities of free laundry and detergent in the basement, lockers for luggage storage for early and late arrivals, starter coffee and tea for kitchenette facilities. We don't need someone to clean our room everyday. The room was quiet; the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was spacious with rainshower; the towels were large and soft. This was our favorite hotel on our travels through multiple cities this trip. We would absolutely choose this hotel again and have already thought about returning to this beautiful city for another week or two.
While in Salzburg, one of our favorite activities was the Edelweiss Cooking School evening class with music. We enjoyed the Fortress and concert, the Old Town Walking Tour, and the Tour to Halstatt. But there is still so much more we did not get to experience. Salzburg is truly special, and for us Master Mirabell exceeded our expectations.
