We had a great stay. Our apartment was roomy, clean and well appointed. Blackout curtains and a quiet street meant we slept well. Location was also great - close to the main train station and to Mirabelle Palace, a short and pleasant walk to Old Town. In addition, plenty of restaurants and shops. Checking in was a little glitchy, but management was very responsive. Overall, an excellent stay. We highly recommend it!

The property is well located close to mirabell platz, everything was basically walkable from there. Communication was easy and we had access to our room without interacting with anyone. Room was well equipped and had everything you would need in an apartment. Beds were comfy, and the shower was nice. Only slight downside was the door rattles every time someone closes the hall door I believe, so you had to prop something up against the door, maybe that was just our apartment though. Great stay!

It was a very nice mix between a hotel room and an apartment. It would’ve been nice if they had washers in the room but other than that, it was excellent. It was well located and overall a very pleasant.
The sleeper sofa for our kids was incredibly comfortable. It was essentially a bed.

Very comfortable apartment and very safe. Close to the Mirabella Place which was great. Nice having the balcony and the kitchenette was great. Only issue was there was no contact with people, only through What’s App. But that was ok.

Excellent communication w the apartment. We needed an early check-in due to the train situation. We had a few WhatsApps messages and waited for a bit outside the building and managed to get in alright. Much appreciated their help and understanding. It made a huge difference to our first day arrival at Salzburg. I then realised the apartment is located just across the road from the hotel I stayed 19yrs ago !!
The booking process was easy via Expedia.
The apartment staff has been v attentive since I have done the booking and registration.
The cleaner lady popped by twice to finish off the details of housekeeping. We don't speak German but can absolutely feel her friendliness. Big smiles 😊.
The apartment is very close to the town centre, train station and Mirabell garden.
Interior all new and modern. Also v quiet.

Very comfortable and spacious — the ones we had was the one bedroom suite. They had all amenities provided including cooking hob, dishwasher, and coffee machines. Very comfortable, it felt like I was in my own home. Would recommend to families - pricey but worth the money.

The property is well located to see Salzburg.The place was well decorated and clean...very modern. Its terrace was a very nice place to have some time off and the laundry facilities are great. I would recommend this place very much, it is a bit on the small side, but then again it is Europe.

Had a great stay for 5 nights. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom, laundry facilities (washers and dryers) in the building. You will need WhatsApp app to communicate with them, but once you reach out, they are very responsive and helpful. Very good experience

Location was fantastic - easy walk to train station and attractions. Single bus ride from the airport. Comfortable, incredibly clean, more spacious than we expected.
We loved having access to a kitchen, which included a hot place, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso original-line coffee machine, electric kettle, and fridge. It was thoughtfully appointed with cleaning items and dishes, but good to note that it has no oven or freezer.
Watch for messages the day before/day of about check in. We were in remote areas at that time (without wifi or cell service) and didn't realize the property was trying to set up our access code. We had to stand outside for a bit while we waited to get access, but they were very quick to help once we sent a WhatsApp message to customer service
