要入住當天中午才送線上連結給我填個人資料，一直到晚上7點還沒送開門的PIN code給我，直到人到了大門口還不得其門而入，掃了門口QR code才用Whatsapp聯絡上，毀了其它的優點（如地點便利、房間乾淨等）。另外，空調是顯示暖氣，但調到26度也不暖！

Excellent apartment, big and tidy room, with high tech equipment and facilities, walk 10 mins to station, wifi is fast! Went to wrong hotel with same name, this apartment name should be “master”.

飯店的清潔需加強

飯店離車站太遠，不建議步行拖行李前往（小碎石路不方便）。 服務人員下班後，Check in手續比較繁雜。 附近景點不錯和早餐店很好吃。 有小廚房及廁所地暖，適合冬天旅遊。

Very high technology for checkin process. You just use your smartphone install an app and then they will send you a “key” to open your room.

The location was great and according to my daughters, the sofa bed was very comfortable. The bed & pillows in the main bedroom were so comfortable, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. It was also a very straight-forward self Check-in process.

The room here was very spacious, clean and well taken care of. It was a great place to rest after long days of exploring Salzburg. It was very easy to get to both the main train station as well as the old town. Self check in was very smooth and the staff was clear and communicative.

The room and facility was great - they lost our booking though when we were en route which was rather stressful and required lots of support from Expedia to resolve… Eventually all came good though.

Dirty, poorly maintained and not as advertised. Master Mirabell advertises its apartments as having full kitchens and explicitly states that guests “can cook” in the units. This is simply not true. Our apartment contained only a kettle and a fridge. There were no cooking facilities of any kind and no way to prepare food at all. This is a clear misrepresentation and fundamentally changes the nature of the accommodation. We booked specifically for self-catering and did not receive what was advertised or paid for. The overall condition of the apartment was also disappointing, adding to the sense that standards are not being maintained. I would strongly caution anyone booking on the basis of the advertised facilities. What is shown online does not reflect the reality on arrival.

Amenities were great and had everything we needed for a quick trip to Salzburg. The apartment was in a great location in between the train station and Christmas markets. Would highly recommend!
