Overall, the hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly, but I think the food is not very tasty, and the restaurant is too crowded during breakfast, making it a bit difficult to get a table.

Thank you to the hotel, especially I appreciate Mas Novel, the bellboy who was friendly and hospitable to us and our family.

It was a very interesting and memorable stay here... Everything was good. I loved the room and the pool was really cool.

It was really fun to have a holiday at Pullman Ciawi, but it was a shame that there was a traffic jam on the way because the road was closed and opened even though it was very close to the hotel, but because the road was closed and opened, we had to wait for more than 1 hour in the car.

According to the reviews we've read and watched...it was so much fun, everything was amazing, the kids loved it. There are lots of swimming pools, kids' activities, and breakfast, too. It was delicious... The staff was incredibly helpful...even though it was just a kite, they helped me store it because my son wanted to ride his bike. One thing that was a little disappointing was that we weren't escorted by a butler upon arrival...so we got lost on our way to our room...hiccup

Thank you Pullman for creating a memorable stay for us, you guys made my son swim for the first time in a bathtub, haha. Went here for my wife's birthday and 1st wedding anniversary, and we got special treatment with a free room upgrade (to bathtub) + anniversary cake!!! And they did a decoration in the mirror, shoutout and big thanks for Riagro, HK teams, IRD. And, everything in here is perfect! Hospitality, food, nuance, hotel environment, gym (with the view, wow) you name it, all beyond expectation! I often stay at 5-star hotels, but none of them is rock like you guys.= Definitely will come back here for another special occasion!

My staycation here with the kids was a blast. There were plenty of activities. The rooms were clean, and the pool was clean too. I'll definitely be back to stay here again.

Stayed at Pullman Ciawi (September 2–4) had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, peaceful atmosphere and relaxing, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Perfect place to unwind and escape the city buzz. Highly recommended

The hotel service is very comfortable

Will visit more often, because it is very suitable for those who want to vacation with family.

The location is okay, I didn't get stuck in traffic at all when I came home on Saturday (after 12 noon), the service is also okay; there are lots of activities for kids, but the taste of the food could be improved both in the restaurant and room service.

It's so much fun, not far from Jakarta but truly refreshing. It's especially fun if you bring the kids.

All the hotel staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the price is reasonable, but it doesn't disappoint. The Pullman Ciawi is great, but the only downside is that it's expensive to buy the photos.

A pleasant stay. The hotel facilities are complete with lots of games, and the cleanliness is good. There are many swimming pools, delicious food, and very friendly service from staff like Ms. Amalia and Jessica. And coincidentally, when I left something behind, the hotel was willing to help send it back to me. Thank you again, it was truly an experience I will repeat when staying at Pullman Vimala Ciawi. 👍👍👍👍

So far, it's been nice and comfortable. Lots of photo spots. The pool is great. Overall, the kids are happy.

From the start of checking in, there were problems, ordering 2 rooms but only one was listed. Then I got a room with a broken door that had to be fixed repeatedly by the engineer, the sink leaked and flooded everywhere! I swear it's a 5-star hotel, how could it be like this?

The atmosphere and environment are fun for relaxing.
