I've been here twice and it's always fun, there are many hotel activities that can be explored so you won't get bored! favorite!

I got a room that is the farthest from the lobby, even though I booked 2 days in advance and checked in at 11 AM. But overall, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast food are plain in taste and there's not so many variation for 5-star hotel.

The place is comfortable and the facilities provided for children are quite complete.

Our family felt completely at home during our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Big and clean room, comfortable big executive bathtub, friendly service, just checkout is too stiff, 12.30 must be out.

The most kid-friendly hotel is fun. There are 2 swimming pool options, complete with a kids pool. Many activities for children. Everything from the room, staff, and others are all okay.

We had a really nice experience having a babymoon in Pullman Ciawi. Really love the hotel, the activities, the pools, and we are thankful for the upgrade, so I had a nice and relaxing bath experience. Thank you Pullman Ciawi!

Kids friendly, there is a warm water pool, friendly and fast response staff, many choices of activities. Highly recommended

Buggy cars are available to pick up and drop off from the parking lot. Ms. Sahra and Mr. Kevin were helpful during check-in. The staff were friendly, even balloons were delivered to the room. Too bad when it rained, the outdoor playground got wet. Complete amenities. Breakfast was also ready on time and varied. The spa is also okay, better to make an appointment earlier. Oh, there are lots of good photo spots too.

I appreciated the kindness of Pullman for upgraded my room to Studio Villa. It was special day for my family, and I'm surprised that I was treated so special with Pullman staffs. The room was in Kamper Villa. It was spacious, clean, elegant and provided with amenities needed. The food was great, the hospitality was great. Thank you for your speacial treatment. We Will come again for sure

The hotel is nice with lots of facilities for kids to play, also to play together with parents such as basketball, air hockey, archery, shooting, put put golf. It's nice to stay here.
