And I didn't want to debit CC because the refund process takes 5-10 business days & will pass my billing print date. If you want, just open the bill, don't charge the CC directly. Please to the Management of Pullman Ciawi, if a deposit is required, state it in the terms and conditions in the app. And finally the receptionist upgraded my room from Deluxe to Villa because I complained about the deposit issue.
