High quality of service!

I loved my stay here and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the property well equipped with a few good restaurants, bars, gym, pool...etc.

Very pleasant experience!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent everything except, We had towels that were extremely worn out which was surprising because everything else was above our expectations. Would still stay there again and again.

The buffet breakfast was amazing many options for vegans

We had a wonderful time at the Swissotel! It was a perfect place to relax after a trip to the Galapagos. We had the added bonus of sharing the hotel with the Barcelona Soccer (Football) team. We are thankful for the Concierge service and the hotel driver that helped us get last minute tickets to the Football game. Amazing breakfast buffet as well!!

Staff is highly trained

The staff and accommodations were outstanding.

While the building and facilities might seem a bit outdated, it’s the service and professionalism that marks it a great hotel. From the minute I stepped into the lobby I felt being taken care of. They helped me when I left my cell phone on the Uber car, they gave me late check out option, arranged restaurant reservation and car service…. I am happy to see that bathroom supplies are in refillable bottles instead of those tiny plastic ones. And the room service meal has good healthy options. It’s a large hotel with many guests, but I felt personable connection with the staff.

Cooling system (air conditioner) in room didn't work so was too warm to sleep well at night.

The staff is súper nice. They helped us get súper safe transportation.

Great clean accomodating courteous place

The hotel was really wonderful. The only poor part of our stay was that the shade in our room was sheer and the sun could bake you in your room while you’re in bed. Not a fun way to wake up every morning.

Such a nice hotel and excellent, friendly staff. The facilities (including mall and Spa and pool) were beyond expectations!

We had great time. Spent an hour in the spa, simply wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and the service was outstanding. Thanks
