Very old hotel. Not updated since 90s I would guess. Staff are procedure based, strictly no access to rooms before 3 and even then my room was not available

Camila, the young lady at the front desk in the lobby, is absolutely amazing and truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, she demonstrated exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming attitude. She handled everything with confidence and genuine care, making my experience at the hotel even better. She has incredible potential and clearly goes above and beyond in her role. I strongly believe she should be considered for a higher position. Team members like Camila are a true asset to your hotel.

Room was very clean. King bed was very firm, almost too firm. Suggestions for a better breakfast - cook scrambled eggs a little longer and add more potatoes like hash brown or whole potatoes smashedr. Add more potato food itmes, like fr

Nice location & property... Some of the Front Desk youngsters came across as immature, unprofessional... I found the amenities (bfast buffet, laundry svce) to be a ripoff; so, I found lcl options myself (bellhops, concierge were useless here)...

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel Quito. Friendly and helpful staff. Very safe, convenient and quiet hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food was amazing. We loved everything and ended up staying longer than planned.

Breakfast had plenty of variety which was good. Better quality tea bags needed for us English guests! And a slight concern with food hygiene maybe needs addressing. Guests have to lean over the fresh fruit in order to get juice, which means their clothes are touching the fruit. Not very hygienic. Room was kept clean, good shower. Food very good in the bar.

Hotel is excellent with 3 restaurants. Pharmacy and an array of shops and beautiful art. The pool looked great. I wish I was here longer. Nice neighborhood with many food options and a short distance from old town.

Nice room, clean, good japanese restaurant on premises, breakfast wonderful

Clean rooms very attentive staff.

English speaking staff tried very hard to please. The facility was clean , modern, well appointed. The dining options were all excellent. There are also fashion, jewelry and spa on site Best of all, this excellence came at very reasonable prices!

Everybody was very polite and helpful with anything we needed. When I come to Quito I always like to stay at Swissotel as it's a very clean, safe, well situated with many restaurants and shops nearby.
