Great hotel in the city center

Cozy and classy industrial style decor. Parking limited but getting a meal near the hotel was easy and walkable. The towel and bed linen had hair on it even before use.

I have told the staff that we would go out that day, so please clean up our room. Until we got back at night, I was so surprised that our room was still untidy. I didn't complain because we were so tired that day. For the staff, please listen carefully to your guests. Thanks.

The location is great, but the room was terrible. The towels were very dirty, the shower was broken, the bidet was broken, and the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted. When I told the staff, they just said that's all that was working and there was nothing they could do.

This is the second time I stayed here. I had a triple bedroom before and it was perfect. This time I have a twin bed room. I got the room in the back of the building on the second floor. I can hear clearly the sound from the car and motorcycle on the street. The bathroom was small and not clean. What I love to stay here is because of the location.

It was alright, but the corridor building was dirty, maybe because it’s an old building. Nice surroundings for foodies. The staff was nice, but I think I should have gotten the receipt for foreign tax though, but we didn’t.

The room actually has access to the window, but apparently the window is old-fashioned and not transparent. It would be better to change the window.

The staff are all friendly, the location is great, and you don't have to travel far to get food because there are lots of popular eateries around the hotel. The bus stop is also close by. You won't regret staying here, and the price isn't too expensive. I recommend this hotel for those just touring or seeking medical treatment in Penang.

No one at reception around 2pm. Allowed me check in later. Room too small and dusty. Aircon position is not near the bed. Feel hot. Ok for short trip and single stay.
