The room is exactly like the picture. It's very clean and neat. The interior is very nice. Of course, the lift is very unique. Overall, it's so nice to stay here for 2 days. Free refill water and there is an iron for sharing. The facility is so good. Very near from the bus stop.

The staff are all friendly, the location is great, and you don't have to travel far to get food because there are lots of popular eateries around the hotel. The bus stop is also close by. You won't regret staying here, and the price isn't too expensive. I recommend this hotel for those just touring or seeking medical treatment in Penang.

No one at reception around 2pm. Allowed me check in later. Room too small and dusty. Aircon position is not near the bed. Feel hot. Ok for short trip and single stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights, but there were always problems in the room, the lights kept turning on and off. I called the receptionist and they said we should move. After moving, the AC wasn't cold. I called the receptionist again and asked for a solution, but they said we should move to another room. In fact, it wasn't cold either. They even blamed us for moving so we were hot when we slept? So sad.

The location is still okay, you need to walk about 5-10 minutes to the food stalls, to get to Island Hospital, you need to take a Grab for about 10-15 minutes, but it's noisy every day because the room is right next to the main road.

One of the female staff when I checked in asked for a tourist tax of 12RM/night while the policy and from Traveloka showed only 2RM/night.. I thought she was trying to lie so I showed her the policy from Traveloka so that in the end she only took 2RM/night.. there was no apology or anything just a cynical face. The rest of the male staff there were all nice and friendly.

Location is really great though. But the hotel was just OK. If you OK with room without any window then it should be OK. We didn’t expect the room without any window. Also we didn’t expect to pay additional Tax? It’s included in the deposit but there was additional Tax we have to pay at the hotel and non refundable. We paid through Travel Agency App (Traveloka) it should’ve included all the Tax. But we still need to pay more when check in. It was OK we still pay but better if there was more details in information prior to our arrival😊
