The Sheraton Quito was a wonderful hotel in a good location. The food was excellent in the restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay

The staff was quick to help and anticipate my needs. Beautiful lobby. My room was spacious and had nice toiletries.

Walking in nearby park and Botanic Gardens in the pleasant Quito weather was a great start to our short Quito visit prior to flying to the Galapagos.

The peoples

Don't go to this hotel, in the next room there were people taking drugs, partying with prostitutes, we couldn't sleep, we didn't complain either because we were scared, they could do something against us! Staff at the front desk, very rude! Horrible experience in a hotel that is supposed to be one of the best!

I contacted Expedia as I noticed that all inventory in the Expedia reservation is always seconds class and staff at the hotel told me that Bonvoy member get many priviledges- 1- check in priority 2- the stay wouldn’t count on my membership 3- my coworkers paid less and got better rooms 4- I made a reservation for a double from and got a single 5- late check in total Expedia benefit $2.88 not worth the nightmare and rather use my hotel memberships

Hotel is very nice. A big mall with a food court on the third floor is just 5 minutes walk. Literally just across the street. The Coffee Lab with great coffee is just next door. There are a lot of people walking even at night. The room is quiet. Bed is comfortable. Pillow is just ok. Everything is very cheap there. I was tired from a long tour and ordered room service. The price is very good with no extra charges. I have to give the guy some tips which he didn’t expect! Highly recommend this hotel. Oh, I see policemen around the hotel all the time. Very safe!
