A lovely quiet oasis

Very comfortable room, cleanlinees standards were commendable. The service personnel were helpful and friendly. The check in and check out processes were pretty straight forward and smooth. The food was excellent for the breakfast every morning. The location of the hotel / suites is also really nice and quiet.

Fantastically comfortable beds, excellent staff and a lovely suite. Very peaceful location with 2 pools but only 15 mins from Wilson airport and striking distance of Blixen Museum, Carnivore and the Giraffe Sanctuary.

Love this hotel, was last there in 2020. Food great, staff top class, best place to stay.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Palacina. We got a great room. The lap pool was fantastic. We would like to commend Andrea and her team for excellent service. You made our stay wonderful.

Nairobi’s ONLY hidden GEM!

Beautiful, tranquil place, spacious rooms, wonderful staff and service. I have many choices but this is my regular place in Nairobi. Only wish they had a wider range of vegetarian options in the menu.

Beautiful hotel, impeccably helpful and polite staff

This hotel was very cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and there were nice places to read, work or socialize. I loved the lap pool as well. I will definitely stay here when I return to Nairobi.

Our stay could not have been better! Beautifully decorated and spacious room, quiet and comfortable. EVERY staff member was warm and welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing staff and amazing service.

This place is amazing. The service top notch, the friendly employees, the cleanliness, the amenities, everything! Also The food is probably at the top of what I’ve experienced in East Africa.

Palacina is lovely. Staff goes above & beyond to make sure your experience is confortable. Manager Andrea customer service is outstanding, solving an issue I had on my very 1st night with them, She made sure I was happy & confortable. All reception staff is friendly as well as the kitchen. I enjoyed my Breakfast and my lovely last dinner at the property with them. Rooms are peaceful, spacious & well decorated. Location is great too. Indoor pool is lush. Staff was kind and helpful at all times. Check in and check out was easy, and a quick walk to Mama Oliech. Would definitely return!

Beautiful place to stay in Nairobi. We only had one night here but we wished it was much longer. Great facilities. Lovely team. Beautiful room. Recommended.

Beautiful place. Great rooms. Nice gardens. Wonderful staff and service. The WiFi however was choppy and frequently went out, totally unacceptable for 2023. And the restaurant menu needs more vegan and vegetarians options.

Beautiful tranquil hotel with a lovely garden and wonderful service. The staff are exceptional. And my upgraded room was spacious, super comfortable and clean — loved it. For long stays the menu can get limited, would encourage them to add more vegetarian/vegan items. And the WiFi while fast was spotty — often cutting out.
