Staff was amazing - they dove in and helped us with transportation, without them, we’d miss our connecting trains to Aix-en-Provence. The complimentary spa and restaurant was lovely too!

Gorgeous hotel, great location, excellent staff and comfortable bed!! Can’t wait to try the spa tomorrow!

Very cute boutique hotel. Food and staff GREAT!

Quiet, great location, amazingly comfortable bed, little kitchenette and pool was a plus. Room was a little small for me as I needed a desk to work, and I had to put my suitcase on the luggage rack in the bathroom to access it. Small is expected in Paris, and I got a good rate so I didn't complain. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature, its about 5 feet deep so you can swim or run the length and has jets for your back after a long day walking, and the sauna is perfect. You can use for 45 minutes a day as a guest, no extra charge. Next time I would reserve a larger room, but I would definitely return to this very beautiful and well serviced hotel in a great location with a pool!

Very hospitable staff, wonderful restaurant and clean rooms. Didn’t make it the the spa but private steam / sauna time as complimentary.

Le Ballu is situated in an ideal location, with the train and bus station conveniently located nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely plan another trip to Le Ballu.

This was a very nice hotel! Quiet in the hotel, close to cafés and subway. Wonderful small spa with sauna and pool that you booked for just yourself. Very nice restaurant at the hotel in the courtyard. Wonderfully designed interior of the whole hotel

Great location and style of hotel, spa is good and so is the service at the restaurant. Some small things that stopped it being a 5 star and only 4.... no travel tooth paste in bathroom provided, the tv connect system does not work despite us both trying on both phones and doing all the steps, restaurant staff very helpful but both the reception staff seemed a little cold and not very friendly/ did not seem willing to help when asked questions. Cleaning staff where also so loud in the mornings you could hear them through the walls which is a disturbance.

I have stayed more than once. Most of the staff I encountered were very kind, genuinely very interested in being of service, knowledgable of the best ways to do so, and put those things into action with a mature emotional state and professional behavior. Three in particular went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I appreciate the gentle cleaning products upstairs, though I did notice a stronger fragrance smell in the lobby. I also appreciated the ability to not have the room attended to daily to save water, energy, and my own privacy. The beds are not the most comfortable for my tastes, but I slept well: I have had rooms at the back facing the courtyard- after arriving at night the last time, I was surprised to see loud construction leaving the next morning - I had no awareness of it from the courtyerd outside of my room. I was told the partner of the owner designed the space and, for those with an eye for such things, all the little touches will reveal themselves throughout your stay. Would return and recommend.

Excellent facility with excellent professional helpful staff

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful large room, beautifully appointed. Restaurant was lovely for breakfast or lunch. We didn’t have dinner so can’t rate that. Concierge/reception service was amazing. So helpful with great restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt a tiny bit sketchy. Otherwise the Rayo g would’ve been 5 stars around. Highly recommend!!

Great hotel in 9e ans about a 20 mins walk to Coeur (Montmartre) as well as being close to metro lines. The hotel is clean, staff provide excellent service with a smile. There are so many hotel options in Paris and this was in our top two finally - would stay again. Cannot comment on dining and spa (and pool) as we didn’t have time to check them out.
