Simple boutique hotel. Small room and not much choice of breakfast. But location is very good. Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion.

Location is ok and rather near to Bukit Bintang, but the hotel looks secluded and no access to convenience stores. Overall is good and bed is comfortable, though I must say the room is really small, especially the table.

A comfortable hotel. The surrounding area is quiet and free from the noise of the city, perfect for resting. The staff are friendly and helpful, greeted upon arrival and helped with luggage. Check-in/check-out is fast. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, I stayed 4 days, asked for cleaning every day and towels were changed every day. Walking to the Bukit Bintang area is close. And most importantly, the price was still within our budget, 850k/night including breakfast. However, the breakfast is not very varied, every day the menu is almost the same: chicken, omelet, fried egg, nasi lemak sambal, broccoli. Stayed 4 days, the menu was the same. But overall, this hotel is okay. Oh, by the way, yesterday our room was upgraded to a larger size, they said it was full, so thank you. If there is another opportunity to go to KL, this hotel might be considered for a return.

I can hear the noise from the next room terribly around 1-2 AM. I didn’t get good rest.

The location is close to Exchange TRX Mall and within walking distance to Pavilion. The staff is friendly, and the 24-hour front desk is convenient for late check-ins. The room is comfortable and clean, cleaned daily. The only downside is the soundproofing, but everything else is fine. If I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur again, I'll probably book here again. The room was exactly what you see on their website, clean, and enough for a short trip. The surrounding was quiet, so you can rest well. Unfortunately, they don't have room service.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak. The room wasn't soundproofed, so it was quite noisy outside in the morning, preventing me from sleeping.

Gotta love the experience of staying here. It's within walking distance to TRX and Bukit Bintang. The hospitality extended by the staff is exceptional. Everyone from the security staff, housekeeping, and restaurant are friendly! I personally love their sambal for the nasi lemak that they serve daily when I was staying there. And there was a gym too, although I didn't get to use it. I only had one minor difficulty, which is walking to the hotel from the nearest MRT station with my luggage, as the road can be quite small, many cars passing and there are gravels that made it hard to drag the luggage. Other than that, the stay has been fantastic! I will recommend this hotel to friends and relatives for sure!

The location is quite strategic, the room is clean, but not soundproof. I stayed on the third floor, and I could hear noise from the other room next door, especially the sound of the faucet running, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Please help me improve my comfort, as the room rates aren't cheap for this type of hotel.

The service was very impressive. The pavilion is relatively close, a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel. Breakfast is varied, but always includes nasi lemak. I'd definitely stay here again.

The lady (I forgot to check her name) at the reception was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. This hotel is within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, very convenient. The security staff on the evening shift during our stay on August 27th was helpful and went beyond his job scope by helping us change our linen (the housekeeping staff had left for the day).
