Staff was very friendly. The room is clean, location was good and near TRX also Pavilion by walk (approx 10 mins). They provide a water filter to drink at the bathroom sink, which is great to refill anytime. Bathroom quite small but clean.

It's not far from the city center in Bukit Bintang. It's on an alley, so it's not noisy at all, and we can sleep soundly. The room is very clean. The staff is also friendly. I'd like to stay here in the future if I come to Kuala Lumpur again.

Terrible stay. The parking area is dangerous; it forces you to park on a steep metal surface. The bath towel is so old and mouldy, containing grey spots and a big torn edge. I dared not touch it; at the end, I went to KK Mart on Jalan Alor to buy a new towel. The entrance is dirty, the wallpaper is so dirty, and there's a bad smell once you step into the lobby. I can't believe it is a hotel lobby; I thought it was a computer desk for people to browse the internet. So disappointed and regret choosing this hotel. I will never go back, even if given a free stay.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, near Pavilion and TRX mall… but the room was not very soundproof, and noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms could be heard quite clearly.

Indonesian travelers, this is truly a comfortable stay! The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are also spotless. There might be a shortage of staff, as no one answered the phone at reception, but overall, it's well worth it. Bukit Bintang is also only a 5-minute walk away.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The room was great and very comfortable. However, I have two honest notes for improvement: 1. The pillowcases didn't smell bad, but personally, I just didn't really like the scent (probably from the laundry detergent/softener). 2. The TV in the room couldn't be turned on because it used a 2-pin plug, while the wall socket was a 3-pin type. It would be great if the hotel could provide universal adapters in the room. Aside from that, it was a great stay. Thank you!
