Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special mention and thanks to Ernesto. Location couldn't be better: a few steps to the historic center. One suggestion I have is to have more variety in the continental breakfast.

We were placed on the last floor and it was hard for me, being a senior to be walking up and down a flight of stairs. I was short of breath due to altitude issues and on top of that , the constant going up and down made it worse. The staff were a sweetheart though, very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Great property with very friendly staff. The area gets a little weird at night so it can get a little hard to get around. Rooms and bathroom are small but clean and comfortable.

The young man at the front desk was really awesome. It seemed like he ran the whole place all by himself. He was always busy but always remained in a pleasant humble mood. If I returned to Quito, I would stay at this hotel again. It was also in a great location, close to all the historical sites to check off my bucket list. Thank you so much! Tia

The staff was very helpful and nice. I had booked one room and ended up needing 2 additional rooms. The staff accommodated me immediately. The parking was available about two blocks away at certain hours and it is very difficult to double park around the hotel. Uber is highly suggested.

A complete and utter disaster. This "hotel" is not a hotel. It is essentially a hostel. The pictures are fake. There is no staff onsite which means to get in AND OUT of the hotel, they have to unlock a door. So, expect to be literally trapped inside and unable to leave until the staff shows up. There is a significant fire danger. They do not clean the rooms and only provide one towel during the entire stay (which does not get cleaned). There is not free breakfast as advertised. Further, there is a motion sensor bell which rings all the time so don't expect much sleep. Even though it's $50 a night, you could spend just a little bit more and actually feel safe.

Beautiful hotel in the historic sector of Quito. Climbing the stairs to our room on the third floor made me a little out of breath.

It was safe, clean, and quiet except in the rooms on the street side of the building. Staff was helpful. Coffee was bad.

Our family if 6 stayed here. Everyone loved this hotel. Breakfast was awesome! The people working were so kind. We are a bit weak in Spanish and they were very patient with us. Very close to old town square. This place felt very safe even though we we’re staying in Quito during the protests.

The mix of antique and modern decor is tastefully done. The hotel is bright, calm and cozy. A fountain adds a sense of being in surroundings that invite one to relax.

Very friendly staff, strong internet, in the middle of the Historic Town but quieter than one might imagine. Good breakfast, clean rooms, and helpful front desk staff.

This was a perfect location. We only had 40 hours in Quito and this was very close to a lot of things we wanted to see. We had booked the room for 5 family members. When we booked, I understood it to be 1 queen and 3 singles. It was 3 doubles, so that was not great for sleeping 3 teenage boys. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs such as setting up a ride to the airport and booking a tour. The breakfast was fine, but if you have teenagers, it probably won't fill them up. The bathroom was not great, there was a window in the shower that opened up to the stairs to the hotel and towels and overall cleanliness was not great for my standards. Although I didn't love this place, I would stay here again if I was only going to be in Quito for 1 or 2 nights because the location was great!

Quality hotel experience within 2 blocks of Quito Centro. Boutique atmosphere and comfort, super clean and service oriented staff. Old world but up to date, much attractive woodwork and high ceilings. Great choice for solo couple and family.
