The hotel is right in the middle of a shopping area. There's a Human Made shop downstairs with a welcome drink (each drink is complimentary per night). There's a Thai-speaking staff member at the reception, making communication very easy and they were incredibly helpful. It's also close to the airport bus stop; just walk to the left at the Nikka intersection (coming from the hotel) and you can catch the bus.

The location is strategic. The rooms are comfortable and the service is great. The service is hassle-free. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.😊

It's close to the train station and right in the Susukino shopping and food district, next to Takanuji, making it very convenient for finding food and shopping.

A nice hotel, although I chose the wrong room type. The smallest room was still quite spacious, neat and clean. The receptionist was Indonesian, kind and friendly.

Strategically located in front of Mega Donki and Tanukikoji, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent! The room is clean and the size is not too small; I can comfortably open a large suitcase. The bed is very comfortable, which I really liked.

Got scammed at this hotel. Paid extra for a view room (street tram + city) while booking, however was assigned a completely different room during check in (facing a back alley). When I confronted the receptionist, the reply was - this is the room assigned to you. Good location however a lot of worthless ‘incentives’ such as ‘knot coins’ & complimentary boxes of mochi provided during check in. Save the gimmicks and focus on guest experience instead.

The hotel is in a very strategic location at Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room is comfortable and clean, and it is cleaned every day. The location is very close to the subway, and the hotel can be accessed through Poletown (the underground mall), which makes it easy to avoid the cold weather outside and is very convenient when carrying luggage. We also received Knot Coin that can be exchanged for drinks or snacks at the lounge

best hotel to explore Sapporo conviniently. accessible by public transport (susukino station right down the hotel, airport limo bus just a brief walk from the hotel) and surrounded by shopping spots, tanukikoji shopping street just right next to the hotel. it's a bliss to stay at the Knot Sapporo. love it and will come back later for sure.

Hotel near Susukino Station, the location is right across from Donkey, there are many shopping centers around the hotel and there are also many delicious restaurants, if I go to Sapporo I will stay here again
