The Knot Sapporo

Great location in the heart of Sapporo in the middle of Susukino. Hotel with a very cool vibe. Nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean, but extremely small. I should have got the bigger room breakfast was good, but more day to day variety Staff was very helpful and professional Location was excellent The one big negative was the bathroom. The floor was so awkward and the toilet was too small

The location is great, just a short walk to Susukino subway station. The tram station is also right in front, which was very convenient. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Great location and nice room, very central.

Biggest issue is the elevators. Too crowded and too slow all day long. Staying on the lower floors and waited 5 elevators to board.

Location was very connivence, right situated in Susukino area, lift was able to access the underground shopping area directly. Some comments claimed bad service of staff but lucky we were good. Room was clean and fusion.

A swanky hotel in the heart of Sapporo. The bed and room are clean and comfy, and they have a café for guests if you're looking for some light dinner or drinks. A fantastic location for the hotel too, with a Donquijote right across the street, malls just steps away, and a short walk to Susukino for some eats and drinks.

Right in the middle of Sapporo and easy to get to anywhere

Best location ever! Loved this hotel and the beautiful room! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go to. Awesome access to the underground mall as well as a convenience store. 10/10 would stay again!

Convenient location for shopping and dining as the hotel is on the main shopping street and accessible via the underground mall (Pole town). Easy access to Susukino and Odori stations and to the streetcar. Bus options are available and there is a taxi stand across the road too. Walkable to attractions in the city such as Nijo market, Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, and Sapporo TV tower. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests were also given 3 Knot coins per guest per day and you can use it to redeem drinks, snacks and dessert at the restaurant at level 2.
