Stayed 12th-14th june. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean etc. Only one downfall .... I booked a room and they charged me to park in the carpark 😂 , but when you go outside and look at the signs. It says free from Friday to Sunday. But otherwise excellent. I cannot fault the place. It was modern, clean, lively . Very happy and would stay again

Room smelt of cigarette smoke & was in need of a good refresh. Bar staff seemed overwhelmed & not very helpful.

Staff are friendly and rooms are of a good standard for money paid. Breakfast had a good selection Parking is not free anymore

Double room, third floor, towards road, king bed. Different room layout w bathroom at window front. Good shower. Blackout blinds. Restaurant and Starbucks on site. Chargeable gym and pool. Easy self-check-in-point. Good wifi. Would stay again. Thank you

Just fantastic, great gym/pool

Great New Check in, via computers, staff on hand to help. Well decorated throughout Delicious breakfast, although more GF options would be great Great room (very random see through optional bathroom doors though) not sure who would want that!!?? Nice, quiet room though, great black out blind in bathroom & Lovely shower. Great staff, particularly Zara on the desk at check out, she was so friendly. Only annoyance was having to pay £5 per night to use the pool. So we didn't bother. But would've made it 10/10 if included in the price

Loved our stay here! Friendly staff, daily gym access, Starbucks in the lobby, a wonderful walking path behind the hotel we could take to the Street Bakery to the east, and easy walking access to a huge Waitrose, the train station, and The Malls for shopping and loads of restaurants! We also loved Eastrop Park:)

clean, modern, great facilities (gym and pool)m, room service food and comfortable. Great shower and air con. Really good value and free parking at weekend,.

Very modern and stylishly decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although compact, the room was very well appointed with all the amenities for a comfortable overnight stay. We didn’t use the bar and grill restaurant or the Starbucks but these seem to be well patronised with a great vibe. We will certainly look to use Village Hotels in future

Good hotel. Great staff. Not sure about the glass door into the bathroom. We had six rooms booked and nobody liked the lack of privacy in the rooms.

Lovely clean room, the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, a good range.

We arrived late and the evening staff were unbelievably helpful and a special shout out to Zara, a very pleasant lady on the front desk.

The stay in the hotel was decent, but I would say the staff were not particularly helpful. I asked numerous times about the parking situation at the hotel to be met with disinterest.

Room wasn’t cleaned despite putting the sign onto the door the evening before. When going to reception the first morning, the lady on reception was rude and abrupt, with others standing nearby.

This hotel is fine as long as you are not put on the second floor which is right above the 24 hour gym they have in the hotel. You will hear everything loud music to running machines etc, the staff seem to know it is an issue but it seems the hotel do not want to fix it. The first night I got very little sleep and they could not move on the second night I got moved to another floor and it was fine
