The room gave off an unpleasant and damp smell, the room door was difficult to lock from the outside, once locked it was difficult to open again, making hotel guests anxious when they wanted to leave the hotel room for a while, booked a room with breakfast, they said the restaurant for breakfast was being renovated, the instructions from the hotel receptionist were that breakfast would be delivered to the room but when checking out from the hotel, breakfast did not arrive at the room...

Very not recommended... dirty, very bad facilities, had to move rooms in the middle of the night because the door wouldn't open... the elevator smelled musty.. couldn't sleep in the middle of the night because of the noise on the 3rd floor there was clubbing until 4 am... in short, it's not recommended as a place to stay.

This place is only suitable for couples who are dating or something...for people who like bars and clubbing. The bar on the upper level is very noisy so it's very early in the morning.

There are lots of cockroaches in the room, the room smells, the sheets and pillows smell. The towels are wet because it has been raining for days so there are no dry towels.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are quite clean. The staff is always ready to help.

The room wasn't very clean, with cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The loud music on the third floor disturbed my sleep until the early hours of the morning.

De Tonga Hotel. Dirty, lots of small cockroaches, air conditioning not cold, smelly, very poor and unfriendly service.

In the room there are many small animals like baby cockroaches running around, the room's AC is also not cold, the toilet was not working (clogged) and after being called and contacted via WA, it was only fixed, the toilet also smells.. I didn't take breakfast, the one who took my 2 children to the 3rd floor, at first they weren't given breakfast until they had to bring proof of payment for staying at the hotel, and the breakfast given to my children was only a small pile of rice and 1 egg (breakfast was given in a styrofoam), I don't know because the children took breakfast so they were only given a pile of rice and 1 egg without any other side dishes.. it's impossible if the hotel only provides eggs and rice for breakfast for hotel guests. in the end I ordered gofood. CS was also not very welcoming as if I came to stay with the children as if asking for a free stay.

Please maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. If there is air conditioning or facilities such as towels that have not been provided, please handle it more quickly.

The receptionist was angry, there were lots of cockroaches, the smart door couldn't be accessed, many of the rooms were not cleaned and were dirty.

The service is very good, that's why I love staying at this D'tonga hotel

All complaints are responded to quickly, the best in general, hopefully it can be a place to rest when you go to Medan

The bathroom's closed door is broken and there is no hot water.

Actually, this is my 6th time here, but the last 2 times the service has been a bit disappointing. The room cleanliness is very minimal, smelly and full of cockroaches, I even asked to move rooms, but there was no hot water for showering.

The staff was okay, but honestly, it was dirty. There were tiny cockroaches in the room, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The bar was so noisy you could hear it from the first floor. It was noisy all night, a bit disturbing. At least the bar was soundproofed.
