If the TV is indeed unavailable, you can tell them directly that it's unavailable. The receptionist will answer that they're adding cartoon programs, so it's temporarily off until 2 a.m., but they won't give you a remote, and the TV's power light is on. It could be turned on if you had the remote.

The hotel's cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom was dirty and smelled terribly, and there were cigarette butts everywhere even though I'd just checked in. The floor of the corridor leading to my room was very dirty and stained, as if it had never been swept or mopped. The room's floor was also very dirty, and there were cockroaches and dusty cabinets. I didn't wait long to check out and find another room, because honestly, the bathroom was very annoying.

There were cockroaches in the room, the floor was dirty, the TV wouldn't work, the Wi-Fi wouldn't work, there was no place to hang clothes, and there was no mat on the bathroom door. This hotel is highly not recommended.

The bedroom door was a bit hard to open/lock, there was a lot of trash under the bed, the toilet wouldn't flush and the water wouldn't come out, and the TV screen wouldn't display. Please fix this in the future, it's a shame. There weren't any cockroaches like the ones that went viral in my room, it was just a bit stuffy, and the corridor was noisy with the sound of small children. Other than that, it was pretty decent.

The advertising images don't reflect reality. The room facilities appear to need significant repairs, and the bathroom smells awful. The mattress is unusable.

Very disappointed, completely beyond expectations. The bathroom wasn't clean, the toilet didn't work properly, there were no toothpaste or toothbrushes, and only one towel was provided. The restaurant was also full of dust, which is quite dirty for a dining area. There was no trash can in the room, and the Wi-Fi wasn't as stated on the check-in card. It was quite an experience.

The comfort and cleanliness of De Tonga Hotel are exceptional for guests, especially families on their year-end vacations. There's a rooftop swimming pool.

The room was dirty, smelly, and uncomfortable. There were lots of cockroaches. The amenities didn't match the pictures; there were no towels or toiletries. The staff was unfriendly and their service was also very poor. When I asked for towels, they simply said "later" in a rude manner.

Not bad.. The room is quite spacious and clean.. The only drawback is the bathroom, hopefully it can be improved.. If the staff service is good... it's appropriate for the price of the room...

The location is a bit dirty, there are cockroaches everywhere, the bathroom has no hot water.

Smelly, stuffy, broken toilet, no Wi-Fi, cold breakfast, not worth it, pillow cases not replaced initially, blankets smelly, stained, holes, not suitable for guests.

Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was provided only once. Dirty towels, no doormats and tissues provided, smelly window curtains. The windows leak when it rains, so they get flooded. Dirty bed sheets, TV only 3 channels with antsy broadcasts. The room key is still manual, but the door is still stuck. The air conditioner is okay.

Good service. Clean rooms. Clean toilets. Ample parking. The security guards are also friendly.

not recommended to bring family or work matters

The room gave off an unpleasant and damp smell, the room door was difficult to lock from the outside, once locked it was difficult to open again, making hotel guests anxious when they wanted to leave the hotel room for a while, booked a room with breakfast, they said the restaurant for breakfast was being renovated, the instructions from the hotel receptionist were that breakfast would be delivered to the room but when checking out from the hotel, breakfast did not arrive at the room...

Very not recommended... dirty, very bad facilities, had to move rooms in the middle of the night because the door wouldn't open... the elevator smelled musty.. couldn't sleep in the middle of the night because of the noise on the 3rd floor there was clubbing until 4 am... in short, it's not recommended as a place to stay.

This place is only suitable for couples who are dating or something...for people who like bars and clubbing. The bar on the upper level is very noisy so it's very early in the morning.
