The room smell bad in the bathroom and in all area smell cigarettes. And the sound too loud. This hotel is not a good idea for family dirty and the breakfast is not recommended. First and last to stay here.

Loud music heard until at least 2am, dirty towel, eerie peeling wallpapers, swimming pool is dirty.

The first impression the room doesn't clean and is smelly, especially in the bathroom. And I asked to change to another room, but they tried to clean it up first but it still same doesn't change a lot. And I'm asking for a refundable for 1-night cause some conditions, they didn't approve it. They said it was based on the apps, but the apps said it was based on the hotel policy. So kind of disappointed of with this. Think wise to book this hotel again guys. It ' s my first experience but it ' s the worst thing this time.

The receptionist is really cool, friendly. For clean rooms. The bed was a little dirty. The towels had stains and were not clean white. The sink water can turn yellow. The room is cool, it's just lacking in the parts mentioned. And please add bath soap. There is no bath soap.

The receptionist service is good and friendly, the rooms are standard, the cleaning service is also good, the downside is that the security service is not helpful but makes visitors uncomfortable because it makes fun of guests who come and makes them uncomfortable every time they want to leave/enter the hotel, because not all visitors who likes to make jokes to make them laugh, just a reminder to improve their security services.

It's quite comfortable but at night it's really noisy because there is a rooftop that plays really loud music. So it's hard to sleep because until late at night, you can still hear the music.
