Nice place for stay in Merauke

We enjoyed our stay here at your hotel. The room was spacious, they clean the room everyday dan free water to drink. The food for breakfast was super!! Thank you, Grand Mandala Hotel. Will definitely come back.

Cheap and cheerful yet satisfying, feels like it's in the middle of the city so it's easy to access anywhere.

Hopefully the standard room can be better, including the air conditioning and the damp and smelly room, can be looked into again for this, it has been informed to the reception but it was not confirmed.

Hi everyone. Quiet and soundproof atmosphere/facilities. Good hotel food. Friendly staff assistance. Close to food. Affordable price of course.

Located in the center of Merauke city, close access to everywhere. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The room does not match the photo. We were given a standard room even though we paid for a room type above standard. The reason the staff gave was that the room had been given to someone else. It smelled of urine.

The downside is that the AC is really hot. PS, I wanted to check out and the AC was just cold.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean with strong running water, the food is delicious, lacking soup for soupy food. The downside is that the standard room has to go through a corridor inside.

The check-in staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the prices are affordable. Complete TV facilities are not optimal because there are traffic signs.

Meskipun bukan hotel bintang 5, tapi recommended banget untuk vacation. Lokasinya juga strategis. Di samping hotel terdapat cafe yang juga sediain voucher untuk internetan (maklum di Merauke lagi ngga ada kerusakan jaringan). Sarapan paginya juga lumayan, di sini saya bisa nyobain masakan daging rusa khas Merauke. Minusnya cuma satu, kenapa KTP asli mesti ditahan sih sebagai jaminan?

The mattress was moldy, the cot was almost broken, going into the room through a narrow hallway plus passing the laundry and paying 552 thousand wasn't worth it.
