Initially, I got a room that wasn't clean and the receptionist didn't allow me to move rooms, but after arguing with the hotel via WhatsApp, they allowed me to move rooms, so I felt comfortable with the service.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I was a bit surprised by the access to the room, as it was located through a small, dimly lit street. However, it was acceptable, as the room rates were very affordable for travelers. I highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully, it will continue to be maintained.

We enjoyed our stay here at your hotel. The room was spacious, they clean the room everyday dan free water to drink. The food for breakfast was super!! Thank you, Grand Mandala Hotel. Will definitely come back.
