The staff and management were the worst I have experienced in 10 years of travel in Japan The amenity for the $300 a night premeire villa were non existent The private pool adjoining the villa was ICE cold No pools or jacuzzi at the all season resort were heated Breakfast Buffet was not edible Dinner was either $100 a person for a fixed menu meal with no à la carte If you are foreigner beware of going to this resort They are very unfriendly and discriminatory toward foreigner

一年出國15次以上 一年住宿飯店100天 平均單晚價格都超過300美金 絕對算是飯店玩家 但這間飯店的表現完全在我期待之上 甚至名列前茅 完全被低估的飯店 各方面都達到超五星的水準 絕對值得入住 女兒們說是非常難忘的回憶

Beautiful location, friendly staff and amazing service.

裸足での入室、シーリングライト、バス洗面所トイレが別など、日本人が喜ぶ要素がたくさん。 日本人は靴を履いてたらリラックスできません。 プール、お部屋な広くて、THANNのアメニティもいい匂いでした。 評判通り、蟻をはじめとした虫は部屋中にいて、ホテル側も対策をするつもりはあまりないようです。殺虫剤などによる環境への影響の配慮がでしょう。 Gがいなかったので、私は全く気になりませんでした。 妻は虫が死ぬほど嫌いで、ホテルには何とかして欲しいと言っていましたが、それを含めてもリピートしたいと言ってます。わたしももちろんまたきます！

It was a excellent stay in overall, but there were many ants outside the villa, and some ants inside the villa. However, the villa was precious and staff was so kind. We will definately come back.

I stayed Seawood Hotel with my family for vacation. Excellent environment, clean room, good hospitality and breakfast.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights in a premiere pool villa for my birthday weekend. Our stay was absolutely perfect. They provided a free shuttle from and to the airport. The staff were also able to communicate in good English and were very polite and accommodating. My fiance was able to surprise me in my room with the help from hotel staff. As for the food, we dined in the Western restaurant (Beach House Restaurant KISSHO). The menu changed slighty every day and they were all very good. They had a good variety of dishes. One chef in particular, Mutty, was very nice and friendly and made us feel at home. They were able to make me a cake (for a fee) and sang me happy birthday in the restaurant. They definitely made me feel special on my birthday :) Our room was also amazing. We had our own private pool and our villa was very spacious. There were some insects in the pool, but that's to be expected when you're in nature. Also, as long as you turn off the lights during the night, there would hardly be any bugs in the pool, which you can also clean with a small net. Everything else in the room was perfect and I honestly could not think of anything that could have been better. Overall, I would definitely book Seawood Hotel again when I come back to Miyakojima.

The experience we as a family went through was beyond what we expected. The service was impeccable and the environment was unforgettably the best we have ever seen from a hotel or any other 5 star experience. From the food to the views to the staff and the ambience, this place has it all !!!

客室は期待通り掃除が行き届いており、スタッフの対応もたいへんよく、満足行くホテルでした。

立地、室内、食事はもちろん、ないよりもホテルの皆様の温かい対応が素晴らしかったです！

1月9日に夫婦で利用させていただきました。 海外のスタッフが多かったですが、皆んな笑顔で挨拶してくれて、とてもフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。ロケーションも最高で、部屋から見える景色も最高でした。 ホテル敷地内の手入れも行き届いていて、気持ちの良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。 それにも増して感激したのは夕飯です。 ひとつひとつの料理に拘りが感じられ、本当に満足のひとときでした。美味し過ぎて、ちょっと飲み過ぎました。本当にご馳走様でした！

接客、対応の早さ、最新に設備に行き届いたサービス、全て大満足です。

生憎の天気だったことは仕方がないです。 スタッフの方々はお一人お一人はとても良い対応で、挨拶やお気遣いも良かったです。 事前に予約した際に部屋のタイプをしっかりわかっておらず、海が見える部屋をお願いしてましたが受け入れてはもらえなかったようで残念でした。 部屋設備の細かいところにメンテナンスの不徹底を感じました。傘が汚かったり、プールサイドの汚れがあったり。 また元日の朝食をおせちにしましたが、お品書きの日にちが誤っており、スタッフの方の間違いというより管理体制、チェック体制に関して何が重要か、という点がお分かりではないのかな、と感じました。
