We have a perfect holiday in the beautiful space! I am sure I can have another vacation in Seawood again. Just one thing was not easy, foods are not available between 3~6pm. You can go outside if you have a rent car which we didn't. Overall nice stay with kind staff. They are all very kind!

The staff and management were the worst I have experienced in 10 years of travel in Japan The amenity for the $300 a night premeire villa were non existent The private pool adjoining the villa was ICE cold No pools or jacuzzi at the all season resort were heated Breakfast Buffet was not edible Dinner was either $100 a person for a fixed menu meal with no à la carte If you are foreigner beware of going to this resort They are very unfriendly and discriminatory toward foreigner

裸足での入室、シーリングライト、バス洗面所トイレが別など、日本人が喜ぶ要素がたくさん。日本人は靴を履いてたらリラックスできません。プール、お部屋な広くて、THANNのアメニティもいい匂いでした。評判通り、蟻をはじめとした虫は部屋中にいて、ホテル側も対策をするつもりはあまりないようです。殺虫剤などによる環境への影響の配慮がでしょう。 Gがいなかったので、私は全く気になりませんでした。妻は虫が死ぬほど嫌いで、ホテルには何とかして欲しいと言っていましたが、それを含めてもリピートしたいと言ってます。わたしももちろんまたきます！

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights in a premiere pool villa for my birthday weekend. Our stay was absolutely perfect. They provided a free shuttle from and to the airport. The staff were also able to communicate in good English and were very polite and accommodating. My fiance was able to surprise me in my room with the help from hotel staff. As for the food, we dined in the Western restaurant (Beach House Restaurant KISSHO). The menu changed slighty every day and they were all very good. They had a good variety of dishes. One chef in particular, Mutty, was very nice and friendly and made us feel at home. They were able to make me a cake (for a fee) and sang me happy birthday in the restaurant. They definitely made me feel special on my birthday :) Our room was also amazing. We had our own private pool and our villa was very spacious. There were some insects in the pool, but that's to be expected when you're in nature. Also, as long as you turn off the lights during the night, there would hardly be any bugs in the pool, which you can also clean with a small net. Everything else in the room was perfect and I honestly could not think of anything that could have been better. Overall, I would definitely book Seawood Hotel again when I come back to Miyakojima.

全てにおいて最高でした！自分たちで写真を撮影しているとスタッフの方が写真とりましょうか？と声をかけてくださったり、毎度外出時にお部屋までカートでお迎えにきてくださるのですが、行き先が駐車場だと知るとそちらまでお送りしますよと送ってくださったりと、全てがこちらの期待以上でした！施設はどこをとっても映えます！１つあげるとするならばやっぱり虫が多いです。なので苦手な方は苦手なのかなと。やもりは常にお庭にいます。カナブンもたくさんプールに遊びにきます。カタツムリ…バッタ…サソリ？？にそっくりな生き物… 私は苦手ではないのでそれも楽しめました！毎年宮古島に行く時は色々なホテルに泊まっていますが次回もここのホテルが良いと思いました！

호텔은 잘관리되었고 친절하게 응대하지만 날씨가 안좋아 수영장을 이용하려고 보니 규모가 너무작고 관리도 잘 안되어있었습니다.이용객을 전혀 신경쓰지않고 방치하는 느낌.큰 벌레들이 수영장에 둥둥 떠다니는데 치워달라고 요청하니 친절하게 정리를 해주었지만 벌레가 끊임없이 생기네요.

6月の梅雨明け頃に3泊しました。まず良かった点として、広大な敷地とリゾート感は素晴らしいです。ヴィラタイプの客室にはプライベートプールがあり、敷地内はカートで移動できるため非日常感を味わえます。来間島の自然や景観も魅力的で、見た目だけなら高級リゾートそのものです。ヴィラハウスを中心とした大規模リゾートである点も魅力だと思います。一方で、滞在中に気になった点も少なくありませんでした。まず、部屋の湿気がかなり気になりました。換気や除湿が十分ではないのか、室内やランドリールームは常に湿った印象で、ランドリールームは床もべたついていて清潔感に欠けました。また、ヴィラタイプ特有なのかもしれませんが、アリが非常に多かったです。少しでも食べ物のかけらを落とすとすぐに集まってきてしまい、室内での飲食にはかなり気を使いました。夜になるとプライベートプールには緑色の甲虫のような虫が大量に集まり、プールをゆっくり楽しめる雰囲気ではありませんでした。自然豊かな環境なので虫がいるのは理解できますが、想像以上でした。共同プールについても残念でした。滞在中、管理スタッフをほとんど見かけず、飲み物を頼むにもレストランまで行かなければなりません。プールバーもありません。雨の翌日だった影響もあるかもしれませんが、水面には汚れが目立ち、清掃が行われている様子も見られませんでした。食事についても、価格帯を考えるとレストランの規模や選択肢はやや物足りなく感じました。敷地は広いものの、売店やショップも実質1か所しかなく、長期滞在だと少し不便に感じるかもしれません。今回3泊で20万円を超える金額を支払いましたが、その価格に見合う満足感があったかと言われると正直疑問が残ります。施設の見た目やコンセプトは非常に魅力的ですが、運営やメンテナンス、サービス面は高級リゾートとしては改善の余地があると感じました。「写真映えするリゾート」を求める方にはおすすめできますが、価格に見合う細やかなサービスや快適性を期待する方は事前に理解した上で予約した方が良いと思います。
