The cashier (male) staff during breakfast is not having service manners, no smile, not friendly. Lacks of variety of foods, the taste is just standard, it could be better. Too bad for a new hotel with good ambiance and facilities.

The location is close to the airport; a taxi to the airport costs 120,000 Rupiah and a GoCar to the airport costs 60,000 Rupiah. The hotel is nice, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are complete. The soundproofing could be better; at night, I could still hear my neighbors' conversations, which slightly disturbed my sleep. The breakfast is delicious and complete. There's also a cafe on the 16th floor for relaxing and enjoying the rooftop view!

Friendly staff, welcome drink is Starbucks coffee! Check in is fast, get complimentary free snacks in the room. The AC is very cold, especially the view is really great, it's the best, Will come back again if I go to BWI. This is a 4-star hotel that feels like a 5-star. It's a shame that the breakfast is not complete, no sausages and sushi :( even though the food tag is there

I suggest that you park your vehicle yourself because the valet parking is not proper. My motorbike was scratched after I confirmed with the hotel that there was nothing on CCTV, but when I went from the lobby to the lower parking lot, it was not recorded. What is clear is that I can confirm and am sure that there was an accident when the valet parked my motorbike.

Amazing place to stay in Banyuwangi, beside the hotel haven't front beach view like the other one hotel, but their room (the suite) so homy and has spacious bathroom, surprisingly we got many snacks in room. Thanks Kokoon's team..
