It was a nice experience, but the hallways were sometimes hot. The AC wouldn't work. In the afternoon, I wanted to go to the kids' club, but there was no staff on standby, and the lights weren't on.

The location is close to the airport; a taxi to the airport costs 120,000 Rupiah and a GoCar to the airport costs 60,000 Rupiah. The hotel is nice, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are complete. The soundproofing could be better; at night, I could still hear my neighbors' conversations, which slightly disturbed my sleep. The breakfast is delicious and complete. There's also a cafe on the 16th floor for relaxing and enjoying the rooftop view!
