The hotel staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They saw us walking in with our suitcases and bags and immediately rushed out to carry them. We arrived a little before check-in time, but we were allowed an early check-in. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The facilities were also complete and clean, including a sauna. Since our train was at 3:00, we were allowed a late check-out until 1:00. Hopefully, the staff's friendliness will be maintained, as that's what we value most as hotel guests.

The rooms, I've stayed here twice, have been different sizes, but that's okay. The amenities are complete, the breakfast is delicious, but the two times I've stayed here, there's always chocolates on the bed. Even though they were at different times. I need to improve.
