Everything was fine; the hotel was nice and clean. The only problem occurred at night when I was resting. The noise from the floor above my room was clearly audible and quite disturbing, making it difficult to rest peacefully. Otherwise, the front desk, room service, rooms, and food were all excellent.

One of the best hotels in Banyuwangi. I've been to Banyuwangi three times, and the third time I tried Dikokoon Hotel. It's comfortable, fragrant, and has a variety of food. A little feedback on the welcome drink: it seems much more comfortable for new guests to be given a drink while waiting for check-in, rather than being given a voucher and exchanged for the 16th floor. Because sometimes staying at a hotel that welcomes us warmly is much more memorable. Fun fact, because the trip to BW from out of town is long, so being greeted warmly is much more memorable.

Beyond expectations, the hotel was very nice and comfortable, feeling like staying in a 5-star hotel. I was surprised that there were EV charging stations, some paid and some free. The indoor pool was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were also cool, there was Starbucks coffee. Overall, 2 thumbs up for Kookon, I would love to come back there again to stay. The only downside is that the breakfast was a bit cold.

Everything was great. Next time I travel to Banyuwangi, I'll stay here again. I only have one suggestion for the hotel management: provide a tap for ablutions, as we had some difficulty using the shower. Thank you.
