The hotel staff is friendly, the lobby smells of lemongrass, the rooms are clean, the breakfast menu is varied and delicious. In the afternoon there is a coffee party. There are traditional snacks and a traditional Jaran Goyang dance. Awesome.

A comfortable hotel for families, with ample parking, secure security, a one-gate system, a green area, numerous spots, gardens, and a jogging track. Private beach access for sunrise viewing. I'll be back here again.

We local tourists felt a warm welcome since check in - check out, because sometimes in other hotels employees are friendlier and warmer to certain segments or to foreign tourists than to local tourists. Complete room facilities meet the needs of travelers and appreciate the hotel management really understands the comfort in the shower area especially for Indonesians. There is a jet shower in the toilet, rain shower and flexible shower. The hotel also provides quite complete fitness equipment even though the gym is not very spacious. Enjoying the evening atmosphere from the deck on the 16th floor is very beautiful and serene. One thing that needs to be improved is the restaurant area on the 3rd floor. Lacking natural nuances such as green plants, waterfalls/fountains, fish ponds and also when we had breakfast there was no music. Overall, the Kokoon hotel is a recommended place to stay for travelers visiting Banyuwangi. Thank you

everything was perfect until finally when I just arrived I found a small cockroach :( asked to change rooms but they said it was over it's good that they really wanted to help find the cockroach, sprayed the room 2x, they sprayed it to the corners of the room room, I was really tired so luckily I didn't find any more problems until morning the room was really nice and comfortable, I slept soundly the TV was also a smart TV drinking water was provided in 2 bottles of 600ml there was also a refrigerator breakfast at 9 o'clock was already finished, actually the food was too salty for a hotel buffet but it was still okay, I was a bit surprised that they charged for cappuccino, it's not normal for a 4-star hotel huh gonna be back here, it was really comfortable to sleep
