We stayed here for one night and found the room tidy and the bed very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful throughout our stay. The room could do with some updating, as the carpet had a few stains and the walls looked like they hadn’t been painted in a while. However, the location was great for the embassy and the underground station was only a short walk away. Overall, we would stay here again if needed. Breakfast had a small selection on offer,

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The location is perfect for the US Embassy and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful about it. If I ever need to go again I will definitely stay here.

Room was lovely and clean, absolutely fine for a one night stay. Bed was very comfy. But... walls are incredibly thin, could hear every word of next door's 5am conversation. Breakfast was welcomed but not amazing. Staff were lovely!

The location of this hotel is excellent! There is a bus stop at one end of the street and the underground station just around the corner on the other end. There's a huge grocery store beside the underground station as well. We could get to any tourist site in the city in under 30 min easily. The pub that is below the hotel is also super handy if you want to have lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good and there was a menu to select from for the hotel guests. The staff were all so friendly and helpful as well. There were stairs to get to the rooms and the staff offered to carry our luggage. Our room was small, but had everything that we needed. There is a school right next door, but it wasn't very noisy and we were usually heading out just as the students were arriving. We would highly recommend this location for tourists; it's easy to get into the popular areas, and the pricing is reasonable.

Large rooms, pillows were a bit lumpy and towels felt a bit damp, but this was manageable. Breakfast was lovely but would be nice to have more variety but the fact a fry up is included is lovely. Complimentary drink in arrival was a nice touch. Staff I'm evening and at breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again

Very comfortable room, good options for breakfast, great friendly staff and ideally located for the centre of London as it’s just around the corner from Nine Elms tube station. Only downside is the stairs to the rooms, it’s an old building and the stairs are steep, which if you struggle with mobility could be a problem but for most people it’s fine. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in London

We had the best stay hotel/pub was lovely. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Welcome drinks was nice and Breakfast was great. Lovely hotel.

Really nice stay for one night. Rooms clean comfy and quiet. Staff really friendly and show proper hospitality. The chap behind the bar really went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem! Such a relaxing and positive atmosphere. I was not expecting this. The area isn’t known for being very good for hotels. This one was better than the shiny hotels in the centre. The manager creates a very welcoming environment.

The room cleanliness was greatly lacking - the bed throw and cushions were heavily stained, and the carpets needed a thorough vacuum. The room was extremely warm despite the radiator being off; the fan provided just circulated warm air, and we were unable to open the window. There were four bottles of conditioner but no hand soap or shower gel, and none arrived even though we had asked for some. We booked this room based on the excellent reviews, particularly rating the cleanliness, however we feel it was poor value for money and would definitely not stay again, nor recommend to others.

Lovely room and service, great location. Breakfast was freshly cooked but could have been better quality (albeit mine was rushed on request). Good coffee.
