The hotel is not too far from the clock tower, the service is friendly... but unfortunately the lighting is not very bright, especially in the bathroom.

First Time. But very disappointing. Choose a balcony room with a mountain view and have written in the notes and the request but given without a balcony, the room is small, cramped, the view is not attractive. For the room price of 1.2 million is very unreasonable with the facilities provided, the food is also less varied and very standard, not according to the hotel's star rating. Check in at 10 pm, at 12 noon already chatted and asked to check out immediately, usually 4-star hotels are given a maximum time of 1-2 pm to check out. The swimming pool is small, less private in my opinion because it can be seen by neighbors from the house next to the hotel building, there are no staff on duty, so you can't even ask for towels. The only advantage is new and strategic location. But around this hotel there are quite a lot of other hotels ranging from 2-4 stars that are far better in every way. Planned to stay 3 nights, only able to stay 1 night, the second day immediately checked out and looked for another hotel.

The most memorable is the view from my room, enjoying the air on the balcony with a view of Mount Marapi connected to Mount Singgalang. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, check in doesn't have to wait long, the food is very varied, there is a welcome drink on the 9th floor while enjoying the view of the city of BKT at night. The location of the hotel is very close to the Jam Gadang and several other tourist attractions. Good job Santika Hotel and team, high recommend to stay here ✨❤️‍🔥
