I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean and close to the Clock Tower. The view from the room was also beautiful. In the morning, I could see Mount Singgalang in the mist. Very nice.

The most memorable is the view from my room, enjoying the air on the balcony with a view of Mount Marapi connected to Mount Singgalang. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, check in doesn't have to wait long, the food is very varied, there is a welcome drink on the 9th floor while enjoying the view of the city of BKT at night. The location of the hotel is very close to the Jam Gadang and several other tourist attractions. Good job Santika Hotel and team, high recommend to stay here ✨❤️‍🔥

Parking is quite far away and uphill, and exposed. If it rains, pedestrians will get wet on their way to or from their car to the hotel, it would be a good idea to provide a canopy for pedestrians accessing the parking area.

Stayed here during Ramadan. We paid 180,000 Rupiah for an additional iftar at the restaurant. Because we were staying here, we prayed in our room at Maghrib. Upon arriving at the restaurant after Maghrib prayers, we found that most of the food was gone and there were no refills. Very disappointed. For that price, we just ate what was left. It's true that there were people breaking the fast together, but that doesn't mean that those who arrived later got leftovers. We initially chose to break the fast at the hotel because we were too tired to leave, but it turned out to be better to eat at a nearby restaurant. Very disappointed.

The place is comfortable, but the food isn't great. I broke my fast the day before my stay and had my pre-dawn meal while I was there. Unfortunately, the food needs to be improved to be worthy of a star-rated hotel.

The room is clean and fragrant.. just the tightness of the room is not good, the neighbors next door can be heard talking, I am often surprised by the sound of the door of the next room going in and out of the room in the middle of the night.
